Research On The Evolution And Innovation Of Manchu Traditional Wedding Dress Culture

The Manchu people have a long history,reproducing from generation to generation between the white mountains and black rivers.With the replacement of the Central Plains dynasty as the central axis,the Manchu people’s names have also changed in different historical periods.They were called Sushen during the Shang and Zhou dynasties,Yilou during the Qin and Han dynasties,Wuji during the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties,Mohe during the Sui and Tang dynasties,Jurchen from Liao to Ming,Manchuzhou during the late Ming and Qing dynasties,and Manchu in the early Republic of China.The wedding attire during the late Qing Dynasty evolved through various dynasties,representing the result of the development and integration of traditional Chinese wedding attire forms.By consulting historical books,collecting information,literature,conducting field research,and combining historical records,this paper sorts out the characteristics of traditional wedding costumes from the Zhou Dynasty to modern times,and provides a detailed description of the formation,customs,culture,and forms of traditional Manchu wedding costumes.By analyzing the current situation of the traditional wedding dress market in China,this paper analyzes the revival of Manchu traditional wedding dress culture from multiple perspectives,such as fabric innovation,color innovation,and conceptual innovation.On the basis of fully preserving the traditional cultural heritage of the ethnic group,we aim to achieve the goal of wearing lighter,fashionable styles,and producing more efficiently through innovation.Finally,the reasons for the return of traditional Manchu wedding dress culture and the inspiration it brings us were analyzed.Through research,the development trend of Manchu traditional wedding dress culture was objectively analyzed.By sorting out the evolution of traditional Manchu wedding dress culture,analyzing the reasons and inspirations for the return of traditional wedding dress,and analyzing the necessity and direction of development and innovation of Manchu traditional wedding dress,this paper summarizes the entire evolution process of Manchu traditional wedding dress form,including specific composition,expression forms,and cultural connotations,And a detailed discussion is conducted from the surface to the inside on the innovation and improvement required for the comprehensive return of traditional Manchu wedding clothing in the current wedding clothing market.Finally,the development trend and artistic inheritance of Manchu traditional wedding clothing culture are summarized.
