| Knowledge is an understanding of human beings formed by continuous practice.The information age has begun to gradually develop from information processing to the stage of knowledge processing and enter the era of the knowledge economy.As an object processed by computer,knowledge has has transformed into digital resources associated with each other by specific rules and computers can process.With the continuous development of computer technology,the treatment of knowledge has become an inevitable requirement for today’s era,which is also the development direction and general trend of the current times.As far as the mould manufacturing industry is concerned,in the production of moulds,informatization need be used to complete the overall management of mould manufacturers,further improve its manufacturing efficiency and level and make the manufacturers can quickly propose or adjust their palns.This paper takes the domain knowledge of digital resources related to light industrial mould materials as the research object,based on various storage forms of light industrial material resource documents,to study the construction of digital resources of light industrial mold materials and its knowledge management methods.Aim at the questions of digital resources of light industrial materials such as " irregular and chaos classifications,various forms of content,stacking data,confusion in matching relationships,inconvenient data calls and vague use scenarios ".The construction and knowledge management method of the digital resource of light industrial mould materials is researched based on the technique of ontology and the relevant national standards and industry standards of the light industrial mold materials.With the goal of efficient sharing,accurate reuse,dynamic renewal and collaborative applications of the digital resource light industrial mould materials,Established a digital resources classification system of light industrial mold materials and corresponding resource construction and knowledge management method under this system.Based on Protégé and ontology description language(OWL/RDF),the modular knowledge ontology model and knowledge base of digital resourceof light industrial mold materials are completed.Based on the C ++ and Qt framework,the digital resource management system of light industrial mould materials has been developed,it can verifies the feasibility of the theoretical methods proposed in this article and realize the standardized construction of the digital resources of light industrial mould materials and the efficient inquiries,sharing and reuse of the digital resource driven by domain knowledge. |
