| With the rapid development of computer science,knowledge,as a special "resource",is not only the basis for the survival and development of people,but also an important part of a country’s comprehensive national power and core competitiveness.China is not only a big country which produces mold,but also a country which imports molds.In the process of mold manufacturing,the retrieval and reuse of process resources is an important guarantee for the normal development of process activities.The scientific construction and efficient management of process resources have become an important guarantee to meet the demand of rapid R&D of light industry mold products.In view of the current construction situation of digital process resource of light industry molds and its problems,based on the idea of integration of construction,management and use of digital process resources and the goal of efficient retrieval and reuse of resource,this article carries out the research on the construction and management methods of digital process resources of light industry mold.This article analyzes and establishes the categorization system of light industry mold process resource and the process resource object it contains,and organizes the processes required in the process of light industry mold processing to clarify the processes required in the mold of process.Based on the light industry mold process resource objects.And on the basis of analyzing the problems of existing light industry mold digital process resources represented by electronic documents,the digital resource construction method of each type process object is provided based on the analyzing the problem of each type of digital process of industry mold represented by electronic documents.The data of digital resource can be transformed into a form which the computer can identify by the provided method such as the split and reorganization.This article also uses the ontology modeling tool protégé to construct ontologies for the classified digital resource of light industrial mold,and to study the knowledge expression methods of digital resource of light industrial mold based on ontologies.On the basis of the constructed ontology model of digital resource of light industrial mold,this article mines the association relationship between ontology object and studies the construction and knowledge management methods of light industry mold digital process resources.With the goal of efficient retrieval and reuse of digital resource of light industrial mold,the storage and knowledge management methods of light industry mold digital process resources are studied by using My SQL database,and it develops the knowledge management system of light industry mold digital process resources.The data of the mold digital process resources can be expressed more detail with the visualization mean,so the rate of retrieve and reuse the process resource can be improved.The user can also get more good usage experience. |
