Aiming at the problem such as the efficient utilization and difficult retrieval of digital design resources of light industry mold,with the goal of efficient utilization of digital design resources of light industry molds,the article takes the digital design resources of light industry molds as the research object and researches on the construction of digital design resources and the knowledge management methods of light industry mold with the domain knowledge based on the integration principle of construction,management and application.Based on the content and data characteristics of design resources,a comprehensive classification system of digital design resources of light industry molds and its associated digital design resource objects is established.Based on the defined objects of digital design resources and the principle of data transparency,the standardized construction method of light industry mold digital design resources is studied through the construction tools and means.An open digital design resource library for light industry molds is established using My SQL database.Based on the digital design resource library of light industry molds,the knowledge representation method of digital design resources of light industry molds is established based on ontology theory using the ontology modeling tool Protege.The semantic Web rule language SWRL and inference engine Pellet are used to analyze the internal and external association of resource objects.The domain knowledge system of light industry mold digital design resources is crystallized and the ontology model of light industry mold digital design resources is established.Based on the ontology model of digital design resources of light industry dies,the semantic annotation method of digital design resources of light industry dies is studied,the semantic integration framework of digital design resources of light industry dies based on domain knowledge is given and the corresponding semantic knowledge base of digital design resources of light industry dies is established.The semantic based knowledge management system of digital design resources of light industry molds is developed in Python.Based on this system,semantic retrieval and dynamic invocation of digital design resources of light industry molds can be achieved,the retrieval efficiency and reuse quality of digital design resources of light industry molds can be improved effectively.So it provides an effective ideal and a reference and promotion method of solving the problems of difficult retrieval and inconvenient invocation of digital design resources of light industry molds. |
