| With the establishment of the status of "world processing center" and the promotion of "Made in China 2025" strategy,China’s die and mould industry has gradually entered the transition stage after years of development and long-term accumulation and precipitation,However,the backward management of knowledge resources has become a resistance to the development mold enterprises of our country.In view of the difficulties in finding and reusing mold design resources,and the reasons leading to this difficulties,"there are many kinds of mold design resources,which are mainly based on experience and knowledge,the resources are recessive and will be lost along with the flow of enterprise personnel,the storage is chaotic,and the enterprise lacks reasonable management of resources",and so on.This paper took stamping die design resources as the research object,in order to realize the digital and efficient management of stamping die design resources,the knowledge management of stamping die digital design resources and the construction method of related digital design resources were studied from the point of view of the integration of digital resources construction and knowledge management based on information theory,knowledge management theory and ontology.Firstly,the source of stamping die digital design resources and the characteristics of domain knowledge were studied and analyzed.Based on the characteristics of stamping die digital design resources,the knowledge of design resources was classified based on ontology,and attributes,relations and instances were extracted for the knowledge of stamping die digital design resources,so as to prepare for the knowledge modeling of stamping die digital design resources;Secondly,using ontology modeling tool(protege)and OWL language,the stamping die digital design resource ontology and unified knowledge description system were established;Finally,through ontology-based semantic annotation,the problem of understanding the semantic information of digital design resources of stamping dies by computer was solved,and the semantic-based efficient retrieval of digital design resources of stamping dies is realized.Based on the proposed model and semantic modeling theory of stamping die digital design resource management prototype system,the theory and model of the paper is verified,which can provide a new idea and valuable methods and theoretical reference for solving the stamping die design resources efficient reuse and accurate sharing from the perspective of digital design resources construction and knowledge management integration. |
