In recent years,with the development of oil system towards high temperature,high pressure and large flow,the performance requirements of oil filter paper should also be improved.This requires oil filter paper to have a certain high temperature resistance to ensure that the filter paper can work normally under high temperature and high pressure conditions.The high temperature resistance of oil filter paper not only affects the filtering effect of oil,but also may affect the safety of staff.In the production process of oil filter paper,in order to improve the high temperature resistance of filter paper,high temperature resistant synthetic fibers are usually added or the existing fibers are modified.At the same time,the flame retardants or high temperature resistant substances are also added to the inner filter paper or coated on the surface of filter paper by processing processes such as pulp sizing.In this paper,the fiber selection of oil filter paper base paper,the fiber ratio of filter paper base paper and the selection and application of high temperature resistant resin were investigated.First of all,this article uses the aramid fiber,polyimide fiber two kinds of high temperature resistant fiber respectively,and blend with coniferous wood fiber Alabama for papermaking.Characterizing the tensile index,thickness,porosity,pore diameter and surface morphology of the filter paper base paper with various ratio of high temperature resistant fiber dosage to discuss the different ratio of fiber and conditions affect the performance of high temperature resistant oil filter paper base paper.Filter paper discusses different ratio of fiber and conditions affect the performance of high temperature resistant oil filter paper base paper.The results show that the aperture of self-made filter paper increases,the permeability increases,and the tensile index decreases with the increase of the proportion of high temperature fiber.Among them,when the proportion of aramid fiber in the filter paper was55%of the total fiber content,the permeability of the high-temperature oil filter paper was400 L/m~2/s,the tensile index was 6.7 N·m/g,the maximum aperture was 53.0μm,the average aperture was 16.4μm,and the quality retention rate of the filter paper was 55%at 500℃.Secondly,due to the large pore structure of filter paper made by mixing polyimide fiber and Alabama fiber,adding an appropriate amount of glass cotton fiber in the fiber ratio can effectively reduce the aperture size of filter paper base paper and improve the filtering accuracy of paper without affecting the high temperature resistance and physical strength of filter paper.The results showed that when the ratio of polyimide fiber was 3/8,the optimal amount of glass fiber was 2%,the average aperture of filter paper base paper was 19.7μm and the tensile index was 14.9 N·m/g.When the ratio of polyimide fiber was 4/8,the optimal amount of glass fiber was 4%,the average aperture of filter paper base paper was 19.4μm and the tensile index was 11.1 N·m/g.When the ratio of polyimide fiber was 5/8,the optimal amount of glass fiber was 8%,the average aperture of filter paper base paper was 18.5μm and the tensile index was 8.4 N·m/g.Thirdly,in this experiment,when phenolic resin was used to impregnate the base paper of self-made high-temperature oil filter paper,with the increase of phenolic resin solid content,the permeability of self-made oil filter paper decreased,the tensile index increased,the rupture index increased,and the stiffness increased.The optimum conditions of impregnating phenolic resin to make high temperature resistant filter paper base paper were studied by changing the amount of phenolic resin,curing temperature and time.On the basis of cost and practicability,when impregnated self-made aramid fiber filter paper base paper,phenolic resin solid content of 6%,curing temperature of 140℃,curing time of 15 min,self-made aramid fiber oil filter paper showed the best comprehensive performance.At500℃,the filter paper had a mass retention rate of 70%,a stiffness of 107 m N,a permeability of 382 L/m~2/s,a maximum aperture of 56.9μm,an average aperture of 16.5μm,a rupture resistance index of 2.1 k Pa·m~2/g and a tensile resistance index of 34 N·m/g.Finally,the proportion of high temperature resistant resin in SJ-140M-phenolic resin and SJ-482-phenolic resin and the influence of impregnation method on high temperature resistant oil filter paper were studied.The results showed that the filter paper with the ratio of high temperature resistant resin to phenolic resin was 1:1 presented better properties.When the ratio of SJ-140M resin to phenolic resin was 1:1,at 600℃,the filter paper had a mass retention rate of 33.59%,a maximum aperture of 43.3μm,an average aperture of 20.9μm,a permeability of 512 L/m~2/s,and a burst resistance index of 2.33 k Pa·m~2/g.The rupture resistance index was 1.77 k Pa·m~2/g.When the ratio of SJ-482 resin to phenolic resin was 1:1,the filter paper obtained by impregnation at 600℃had a quality retention rate of 33.54%,a maximum aperture of 43.8μm,an average aperture of 20.7μm,a permeability of 474 L/m~2/s,and a rupture resistance index of 2.17 k Pa·m~2/g.After 12 h at 180℃,the rupture resistance index was 1.7 k Pa·m~2/g. |
