Organic-inorganic hybrid materials have the common advantages of good formability of organic materials and high-temperature resistance,high strength of inorganic materials.Due to the excellent properties of organic-inorganic hybrid materials,they have been widely used in aerospace,industrial production and other aspects.Organic-inorganic hybrid materials can improve the poor formability of inorganic particles,and can make the prepared composites have excellent mechanical and thermal properties.In this thesis,three kinds of inorganic particles(hollow ceramic microspheres(FA),hollow glass microspheres(HGB),expanded aluminosilicate(EVMT))were used to prepare different proportions of inorganic particles/phosphate(P)composites by simple physical blending and molding,and the inorganic particles/phenolic resin composites were prepared by adding different content of phenolic resin(PF).The prepared composites were subjected to high-temperature treatment at 1000°C for 600 s,and the changes in the composition,structure,and performance of the composites before and after the high-temperature treatment were analyzed and compared.For the analysis of the mechanical properties of the inorganic particle/phosphate composites,the maximum compressive strength of HGB/P and FA/P composites is 21.0 MPa and 10.6 MPa,respectively.The addition of PF enhanced the strength and toughness of the HGB and FA composites.The highest compressive strength and compressive deformation capacity of the HGB and FA composites after PF addition were 41.2 MPa,14.96%,and 52.9 MPa,12.67%,respectively.To further improve the toughness of the composites,EVMT with its toughness is selected as the composites aggregate.Compared with HGB and FA composites,after adding PF,the compressive strength of the EVMT composites decreases,and the compression deformation ability increases.The maximum compressive strength and compression deformations are 35.7 MPa and 17.24%,respectively.The structure of the composite was analyzed by SEM,and the internal porosity of the composites increased after high-temperature treatment.FTIR and XRD analysis showed that during the high-temperature treatment,the composites reacted between the components to produce high-temperature resistance and high strength Si C particles.The thermal conductivity of the composites prepared by three inorganic particles(FA,HGB,and EVMT)was analyzed.The thermal conductivity of the composites prepared was relatively low before the high-temperature treatment,and the lowest thermal conductivity was 0.190 W/m·K,0.090 W/m·K,0.259 W/m · K,respectively.After high-temperature treatment,the thermal conductivity will be further reduced to 0.162 W/m·K,0.078 W/m·K,0.040 W/m·K.And through the infrared thermal imaging analysis of the material has excellent thermal insulation ability;Aging test showed that three kinds of inorganic particle preparation of composite materials have good resistance to aging performance Due to the preparation of three kinds of composites have excellent properties of high-temperature-resistant and heat insulation ability,which is applied to the sealing material between missile compartment on toughness the demand is higher,so the comprehensive comparison of the preparation of EVMT composites conform to the application needs,has good application prospect.
