Organosilicon resin based high temperature resistant coating has the advantages of excellent weather resistance,heat resistance and corrosion resistance,which is one of the most concerned and researched coatings.In order to prepare silicone coating with good temperature resistance and good protective effect on fiber composite,the related research in this paper were as follows:In this thesis,organosilicon resin was selected as the film-forming material,and the high temperature resistant coating was prepared by air spraying method.Through theoretical and experimental analysis,the hardness,flexibility,adhesion and temperature resistance of the coating were investigated.The basic components of the high temperature resistant coating are determined as organosilicon resin,zirconia,glass powder,alumina,titanium oxide,chromium oxide,glass powder is as a secondary filmforming substance instead of the silicone resin at high-temperature ambient,which has the bonding effect on the components.Through the analysis of the influence of inorganic silicate filler kaolin,talcum powder,mica powder,etc.on the coating performance,the mechanical properties and temperature resistance of the coating under each ratio were tested by orthogonal test design,the temperature resistance of the coating was analyzed,and the optimized formula was obtained.The formulation is as following:organosilicon resin 15 g,kaolin 8.0g,zirconia 4.0g,talcum 5.0g,glass 6.0g,mica 8.0g,titanium dioxide 1.0g,chromium trioxide 0.5g,silane coupling agent 0.4g,and the spraying parameters are determined as pressure 0.30-0.36 mpa,spraying distance 250-350 mm,The high temperature resistant coating’s hardness of 5h,adhesion of grade 1,flexibility of 2mm,impact strength of 45 kg.cm,water resistance ≥ 10 d,alcohol resistance ≥ 6h,and can withstand 1000 ℃ temperature for 3h,simultaneously the coating is smooth.Through ablation test,the coating has good thermal insulation performance for the fiber composite.After 60 s of ablation,the surface coating is still smooth,and it has good thermal insulation effect for the substrate when the ablation resistance is 90 s.
