As an important incubation base for talent cultivation and scientific research achievements,university chemical laboratories have trained and delivered a large number of outstanding chemical research talents for all sectors of society.According to relevant documents released by the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection,and Quarantine in the past decade,from 2009 to 2019,there were 14543 safety accidents in university laboratories in China,with the majority of major casualties occurring in university chemical laboratories and related to hazardous chemicals.Scientific and objective evaluation of the safety management level of chemical laboratories in universities has become an important measure to accelerate the improvement of safety management in chemical laboratories in universities and strengthen the safety management ability of chemical laboratories in universities.The applicability and effectiveness of cloud models in solving uncertainty evaluation problems in university laboratories have been verified.Therefore,this article explores the application of cloud models in the evaluation of university chemical laboratory safety management through studying theories such as laboratory management and university laboratory safety management,analyzing the characteristics and problems of university chemical laboratory safety management,constructing evaluation models,and conducting empirical research.Firstly,through the questionnaire survey method and literature research method,the primary selection and optimization of indicators were conducted to determine the safety management evaluation index system for chemical laboratories in universities.Through horizontal comparison of commonly used weighting methods and evaluation methods,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were comprehensively studied and judged,as well as their applicability to the safety management evaluation of chemical laboratories in universities,Finally,the fuzzy combination number OWA operator with the highest degree of fitness and one-dimensional normal cloud model were selected for index weighting and comprehensive evaluation,and a safety management evaluation model for university chemical laboratories based on cloud model was constructed.The effectiveness of the model was verified through an empirical study of a university Y chemical laboratory in Shanxi.The evaluation model constructed in this article has undergone the triple optimization of evaluation indicators,weighting methods,and evaluation methods,ensuring the strong practicality of the model.In addition to comprehensive evaluation,cloud image simulation evaluation can be conducted on each level 1 and level 2 indicators,helping managers easily identify the shortcomings of safety management,and taking targeted corrective measures,making it a new model to improve the safety management level of chemical laboratories in universities.
