Today,the number of laboratories in our universities is numerous,with the characteristics of complex instruments and equipment,high utilization rate of scientific research and high mobility of personnel,which makes laboratory accidents increase and safety management more difficult.Therefore,based on the analysis of influencing factors and theories related to safety management,this paper creates a laboratory safety management system to further improve laboratory safety management,and achieve scientific and dynamic management to reduce laboratory safety accidents.This paper’s main research is as follows.(1)Through statistical analysis of university laboratory accidents,a Tripod-Delta accident causation model was established which identified 16 laboratory safety influencing factors.Then,the research used expert scoring and the C-OWA operator to calculate the relative weights of each factor.Which showed that the relative weights of operational errors,imperfect regulations,experimental reagent defects,experimental instrumentation & equipment defects,safety physiological & psychological hazards,and other management factors respectively were 0.1059,0.0934,0.0898,0.0855,0.0824,0.0785,respectively,which have a greater impact on laboratory safety.Therefore,this paper takes these six factors as the main influencing factors of laboratory safety which provide the direction for the design of laboratory safety management system.(2)Based on above analysis of the impact factors of laboratories,we created a fullprocess safety management system with safety access,process safety management and safety out as its core.It contains 8 secondary functional modules,such as personnel safety access,article safety access and article safety clearance,and 22 tertiary functional modules,such as occupational and mental health management,waste treatment and instrument and equipment disposal,covering laboratory safety management from multiple aspects and the whole process to reduce or avoid laboratory accidents.(3)The design of each module of the system was created by using Java programming.We conducted functional tests on the full-process safety management of university laboratories with black-box tests,and the test results showed that the functions of each module in the system worked normally and were feasible.And then the system trial and questionnaire feedback to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the system,the results show that the system can improve laboratory safety management,enhance the safety awareness of laboratory personnel,and has effectiveness;and in terms of the ease of use and practicality of the system,the level of satisfaction is high,indicating that the system has a wide range of application prospects.
