| As the primary task of China’s economy and society in the new stage during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,high-quality development of enterprises constantly enables enterprises,drives their endogenous economic growth vitality,and improves their anti-risk ability,influence,innovation and competitiveness in the international market.Over the years,oil and gas enterprises have given full play to the allocation of oil and gas resources in the market and made great contributions to the protection of national energy security.The degree of high-quality development of oil and gas enterprises is closely related to the quality of national economic development.Therefore,in order to achieve the goals of low carbon green environment,enterprise benefit growth,and sustained progress of high-quality work in our future,oil and gas enterprises need to plan the development path of high quality,adjust the development strategy based on external risks,and formulate scientific management policies.In this paper,the system dynamics method is adopted to establish the high-quality development model of oil and gas enterprises and carry out empirical analysis.By observing the simulation trend under different policy models,the progress path of promoting the high-quality development of oil and gas enterprises is explored.First of all,based on the research on the background,purpose and significance of high-quality development of oil and gas enterprises,the literature of domestic and foreign enterprise development quality,enterprise high-quality development,enterprise development system is reviewed,the main research contents and methods are introduced,and the technical roadmap is described.Secondly,according to the research object and theme,the concepts of high-quality development of enterprises,high-quality development system of enterprises and high-quality development of oil and gas enterprises are defined respectively,and the theoretical basis is composed of system dynamics theory,sustainable development theory and high-quality development theory.Thirdly,based on the development of high quality stage of oil and gas enterprises,the factors that drive the subsequent power system operation are analyzed from the internal and external perspectives.Fourthly,after ensuring the application of system dynamics,starting from the problem,the system boundary is determined,5 sub-systems and40 influencing factors are identified,the causal diagram is used to describe the feedback relationship between factors and the system flow diagram is derived,and the model is established after the variables are given regression equations.Fifth,M company is introduced in turn from its profile,industry status and data acquisition to ensure the authoritativeness of the research.Meanwhile,the model is tested with structural and historical values to ensure the feasibility of the model.Then,the benchmark model is determined to simulate the high-quality development results from 2017 to 2027 under the other nine policy models.The simulation results of cumulative patent licenses,proven oil and gas reserves,market share,social responsibility score and total asset turnover were output for the analysis of target effect.It is found that technical bottleneck and environmental governance are urgent problems for oil and gas enterprises to be solved.The weak anti-risk ability leads to the interference and fluctuation of external situation and policies,and the low fund utilization rate proves that the management system does not match the current high quality stage.As a driving force for overall development,technological innovation drives itself,energy green,market development and social responsibility to form high-quality sustainable development centering on efficiency development.Finally,the paper determines the high quality development path that focuses on R&D and innovation,alleviates environmental pressure with green technology,expands the market flexibly and cultivates technical personnel;In addition,some suggestions are put forward for enterprises to flexibly adjust capital allocation,focus on scientific research investment in the early stage,promote international scientific research exchanges,increase the number of scientific and technological talents,expand low-carbon and energy-saving projects,integrate the development of clean energy,utilize market access system,expand and release the scale of oil and gas investment,assess employees regularly,and improve the quality of internal employees. |
