Study On The Development Path And Countermeasure Of High Quality In Luyi Make-up Brushes Characteristic Towns

With the unique symbol of the integration and development of new town forms,industries and cities,the characteristic town plays an important role in promoting the development of China’s new-type urbanization and economic transformation and upgrading.In recent years,the development path of characteristic town has become the focus of many scholars’ attention,and a great deal of theoretical and practical research has appeared at home and abroad.Taking the characteristic town of make-up brush in Luyi County as the research object,through field survey and consulting relevant literature,this paper combs the growth process of the characteristic town of make-up brush in Luyi County,and deeply analyzes the problems in the high-quality development process of the characteristic town of make-up brush from the aspects of capital shortage,financing difficulties,lack of talents in the construction of the characteristic town,and inadequate infrastructure,etc.Then,based on the analysis of factor input,total factor production efficiency and the high quality development of characteristic towns,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions and measures to promote the high-quality development of characteristic towns by improving total factor productivity,such as adhering to scientific planning,making full use of government support policies,giving full play to resource advantages,improving infrastructure,strengthening media publicity,introducing advanced technology and so on.The research results of this paper can promote the high-quality development of make-up brush town in Luyi County,on the other hand,which has a certain reference significance for the development of towns with other regional characteristics.
