Petroleum and petrochemical industries are mostly involved in flammable,explosive and toxic environments,which,compared with other industries,pay more attention to the operating status of equipment,and once a failure occurs,it can easily lead to extremely bad effects.Its equipment is often located scattered,not easy to carry out the task of wiring collection,if the traditional wired monitoring,need to spend a lot of human and material costs.And the traditional condition monitoring and diagnosis technology not only has the problems of single function and few kinds of diagnosis methods,but also relies on the manual experience knowledge reserve,and a set of monitoring equipment needs to be equipped with higher level of monitoring personnel.In order to solve the above problems,this paper develops a Labview-based remote online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for petroleum and petrochemical equipment.The system can collect data from equipment without interruption and carry out status monitoring and fault diagnosis based on the collected data.Based on the advantage of Labview’s wide range of interfaces,the analysis function of status monitoring and the classification function of intelligent diagnosis are realized by combining various programming languages to reduce the analysis interval and ensure the real-time diagnosis of the system.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Demand analysis according to the design structure and working principle of petroleum and petrochemical equipment,the overall framework design of remote online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for petroleum and petrochemical equipment according to the demand,the design of a variety of diagnostic functions to cope with the different needs of different parts,and the selection of piezoelectric limited sensors and wireless sensors with narrowband Io T technology as the core.(2)A suitable system development environment and development language are selected for the characteristics of reciprocating compressor structure,and remote online monitoring function,intelligent diagnosis function and database function modules are developed.(3)The remote online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system of reciprocating compressor is debugged and tested.By monitoring the reciprocating compressor,the vibration working signal is discriminated by traditional monitoring means and intelligent diagnosis method respectively,and the discriminated result is notch fault.The experimental results show that the reciprocating compressor remote online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system involved in this paper can carry out remote online monitoring and fault diagnosis of the reciprocating compressor and achieve the research objective.
