As fan equipment is the key equipment for cigarette production,Mianyang Cigarette Factory launched the research and development of fan condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system to improve the management of fan equipment and to reduce the down time and the maintenance cost.Data acquisition as a sensor for fault diagnosis,and data storage as fault diagnosis reliable source of historical data play a pivotal role in the project.The condition data of the fan equipment are collected to perform condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,and then the data are compressed to reduce the amount of data,and the data are stored to form historical data.According to the requirements of the cigarette factory,the data acquisition system for speed,power and current parameters is realized by using OPC technology.The data acquisition system for vibration and temperature is realized by using EM9118B-6 data acquisition card,YD30 vibration acceleration sensor and KWY-100 A temperature sensor.The empirical mode decomposition and improved median filter algorithm are used to eliminate the trend of the vibration signal and impulse noise.The original vibration data is segmented by using lifting wavelet,then the segmentation data is thinned by using discrete cosine transform,and the sparse data is further thinned by threshold processing.Finally,the sparse data is encoded by using zero run length code to complete the compression of the vibration data,effectively compressing data while preserving useful frequency information in the original signal.In the SQL Server 2008 the fan failure database was established,and the data storage and query were optimized by using table value parameters and index to significantly improve the batch data reading and writing efficiency.At the same time,the regular remote backup of the fan failure database was achieved to improve the reliability of the database.The data acquisition and compression storage system for fan condition monitoring and fault diagnosis was developed by using C # and SQL Server.The system not only realizes the automatic sampling of parameters such as vibration,temperature,speed and current,and 20000 vibration data in a channel for four sampling periods up to 13.36 compression ratio,and compression time and decompression time are 0.025 s and 0.035 s,but also completes reliable storage of data,effectively improving the efficiency of data storage and query,and laying a solid foundation for the entire fault diagnosis project.
