In this paper,in view of the complex structure and the concealment,the complex causal relationship between causality,randomness,dissemination and hierarchical fault characteristics of the hot die forging press,the remote monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for hot die forging press was studied in order to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis,so as to improve the production efficiency of enterprises,reduce the cost of enterprises and further enhance the level of intelligence and automation of production.The main contents are as follows:1.Overall design of remote monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for hot die forging press.Taking the hot die forging press produced by Jiangsu Yangli Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the principle and structure of hot die forging press were introduced firstly.And then the hot fish forging press failure fishbone chart was drawn to determine the monitoring parameters.At the same time,layout figure of part of the monitoring points in the hot forging press was drawn.Finally,the overall program design of the remote monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for hot die forging press was given,and the system hardwares were selected.2.Research on fault diagnosis of hot die forging press based on expert system.Firstly,fault tree model of hot die forging press was established,and relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree model was given based on the binary decision diagram.Based on above knowledge,knowledge base,reasoning machine and interpreting machine were established,which can help us to get the possible causes of failure and troubleshooting strategies quickly and accurately.3.Research on data compression technology.According to the characteristics and application environment of the hot die forging press monitoring data,the LZW lossless compression algorithm was analyzed and an improved LZW lossless compression algorithm was proposed and applied to the hot die forging press data transmission.The effectiveness of improved LZW algorithm was verificated by experiment.4.Design and development of remote monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for hot die forging press.Firstly,system requirements of remote monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for hot die forging press were analyzed,and then the database was designed and developed.At last,the remote monitoring and intelligent diagnosis prototype system for hot die forging press was developed. |
