Three-phase separation refers to the process of separating three different phases of a mixture containing oil,gas and water.Three-phase separation technology has the characteristics of high separation efficiency,large processing capacity and simple operation,to achieve high efficiency,fast,energy saving multiphase separation,has a wide range of applications in many fields,but there are still some problems and challenges,such as cyclone structure design,vortex field stability optimization,these problems need further research and exploration.At the same time,the application of three-phase swirl separation technology needs to be optimized and improved according to the actual situation,so as to better meet the needs of different fields.This paper first introduces the research status and significance of multiphase flow and cyclone separation,uses the technology of settlement separation and centrifugal separation,and makes use of their separation principle and structural characteristics.At the same time,Gambit software and Fluent software are used to design and model the initial model of oil-gas-water three-phase cyclone separator,and tests the mesh quality.The initial model structures of gasliquid separation and oil-water separation were obtained.Then,the initial models of gas-liquid separation and oil-water separation were optimized by single factor method.Starting from the number of cone segments,the diameter and extension length of the overflow pipe,the height of the swirl cavity and the cone Angle,each structural parameter was compared and analyzed by numerical simulation technology.The internal flow field characteristics,concentration distribution,velocity distribution and separation efficiency of the cyclone separator were studied to determine the best operating parameters and optimal structure of each part.Finally,the problems in the process of simulation results are analyzed and summarized,which lays a foundation for the subsequent multiphase flow separation work.
