Oil refining waste water comprises a constant pressure reducing device, an electric desalination device, a catalytic cracking unit and a public project. The treatment effect of oil refining wastewater has profound significance for energy conservation, emission reduction, development of enterprises and industrial water treatment. At present, due to the complex production conditions, the water quality of oil refining sewage is variable, and the influent COD index is more than the index requirement. The existing refinery wastewater treatment field although long process, process unit and different, the results are poor, in the face of increasingly complex production conditions, original "three old" process has lagged behind. The main performance in: first, the device terminal water indicators often exceed the standard; two, into the technical adjustment, the index value is not good adjustment. Also according to the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection released "petroleum refining industrial pollutants emission standards"(Draft), since July 1, 2017, sewage row index reach the COD is less than or equal to 60 mg/L, total nitrogen is less than or equal to 40 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is less than or equal to 10 mg/L, BOD5 is less than or equal to 20 mg/L, SS is equal to or less than 70 mg/L. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the technical problems that the raw oil refining sewage is discharged to the standard by taking reasonable measures of sewage treatment. At the same time to meet the national mandatory emission standards, it is of great significance to obtain good social and economic benefits.This designation combines advanced oxidation with biological aerated filter technology. The synergy between the two has common depth treatment of refinery waste water, eventually obtains a stable and qualified external drainage.Study on treatment of refinery wastewater by biological aerated filter technical depth. First of all, we must first screened for the wastewater biological filler and analysis under different temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH value, hydraulic load, the treatment effect of biological aerated filter(BAF) and to determine the optimum operating parameters.Using ozone catalytic oxidation combined biological aerated filter depth treatment of the combined process of refining wastewater, ozone catalytic oxidation of wastewater in the degradation of the organic matter of the ring, broken chain, and then the use of biological degradation. After processing the water in full compliance with the requirement of the Ministry of Environmental Protection released "petroleum refining industrial pollutants emission standards" cod is less than or equal to 60 mg / L, SS is equal to or less than 70 mg / L and catalytic ozonation combined biological aerated filter process for advanced treatment of refinery wastewater, process is feasible.
