In this paper,through the combination of design,theoretical analysis,experimental design and calculation,the fracture tube column of large sand content in the oil field can only sit and press 5 layers at most.It is necessary to use two pipe columns for the construction of 8 layers,which has a low construction efficiency and the labor intensity of the workers is big.This paper analyzes the structure of pipe column used at present,analyzes the material and tool structure of the pipe column,calculates the erosion speed of the pipe column,finds the reasons restricting the pressure of the pipe column,the cause of the failure of the tool and the weak parts on the structure of the existing pipe column.Factors such as simplicity and high success rate have been studied for sand blower,which is suitable for fracturing construction with eight layers,which can be combined with multiple fracturing pipes.The research content mainly includes two parts.First,through theoretical analysis and calculation,the design and research of the slide sleeve type eight grade fracturing pipe column and supporting tools are carried out,and two is through the field test to test the effect of the research.Based on the above two modules,the following works are done: according to the design principles of pipe string,the structure of fracturing string is designed.Combined with the calculation formula of the pulling force,axial force and friction resistance of the wellhead,the supporting tools of the fractured pipe column are studied.Through the rational change of the parameters of the supporting tools,the problems that the previous pipe columns can not meet the multi-layer construction are solved,and the reliability test of the tools is also carried out.Through the field test,after the application of the sliding sleeve type stratified eight level fracturing technology,the number of the fracture layer of the non movable pipe column is raised from the original five layers to the eight layer,which improves the maximum construction pressure,the well temperature and the amount of sand over the pipe column.At the same time,five layers of pipe columns can be rearranged in low permeability oil reservoir,and the number of the fracture layer of the non movable pipe column is raised from three layers to five layers,and the maximum construction pressure and well temperature of the pipe column are also improved.The popularization and application of this technology will reduce the cost of single well construction,increase the scale of construction,increase the radius of reconstruction,improve the recovery of the remaining oil and the injection effect of the injection well;this technology makes the multi layer fracturing operation simple,cost saving,safe and environmental protection,and has a broad application prospect in the process of oilfield development. |
