| Driven by the low-carbon policy and the demand for green fresh products,more and more farmer cooperatives and retailers are actively undertaking freshness-keeping and lowcarbon responsibilities for fresh products to promote the coordination of economic and environmental benefits of the fresh products cold chain.Consumers are more willing to buy fresh products with a high level of freshness during the sales process of fresh products.At the same time,the rapid development of low-carbon economy makes consumers pay more attention to environmental issues.With the popularization of low-carbon consumption concept,consumers’ awareness of low-carbon consumption is gradually increasing,and the environmental friendliness of fresh products will affect their market demand.In this context,comprehensively considering the freshness and environmental friendliness preferences of fresh products consumers,the optimization and coordination problem of fresh products cold chain led by farmer cooperatives under the low-carbon policy is studied.This research is of great significance for the low-carbon and intensive development of the fresh products cold chain led by cooperatives and the realization of rural revitalization.Firstly,this paper considers the comprehensive influence of consumers’ freshness preference and environmental friendliness preference on the market demand for fresh products,as well as the carbon cap-and-trade policy The economic,environmental and social benefits of fresh products cold chain were compared and analyzed under two scenarios: only cooperatives invested in carbon abatement,and cooperatives and retailers invested in carbon abatement at the same time.Secondly,considering the comprehensive optimization of the economic and environmental benefits of the fresh products cold chain,taking the social welfare of the bilateral carbon abatement model under the centralized decision-making mode as the basis,the "wholesale price and two-part tariff " contract and "cost-sharing and bargaining" contract were designed,and the parameter sensitivity analysis and model robustness analysis were conducted by Taguchi robust experiments.Finally,conducting binary Logistic regression analysis on the factors that affect the low-carbon operation of fresh agricultural product farmers’ cooperatives.Taking the operation data of Yantai L cooperative low-carbon operation as an example,the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical model are verified,which provides a scientific evidence for the low-carbon development of fresh products cold chain led by Yantai farmer cooperative.The research show that:(1)When farmers’ cooperatives and retailers both invest in fresh-keeping and carbon abatement,the carbon emissions of the fresh products cold chain decrease;when consumers have a higher preference for environmental friendliness,the economic,environmental and social benefits have been significantly improved.(2)The effective ways to improve the economic benefits of cold chain system and reduce the total carbon emission of cold chain system are to improve the environmental friendliness preference of fresh product consumers,reduce the carbon emission reduction cost of cold chain members and reduce the initial carbon emission level of each link of cold chain.(3)Both coordination mechanisms of the "wholesale price and two-part tariff " contract and the "cost-sharing and bargaining" contract can realize the coordination of the fresh products cold chain system,but the "wholesale price and two-part tariff " contract has a better robustness. |
