| Nowadays more and more domestic offshore engineering enterprises and shipyards participate in the competition of international oil and gas EPC projects.The competitive environment is increasingly intensified,and the probability of winning the bid and the profit space of the company are getting lower and lower.The procurement strategy is closely related to the cost,quality,schedule,safety and other aspects of the company’s projects.In such circumstances,it becomes extremely valuable for a company to have a competitive sourcing strategy.It plays an important role in the smooth implementation of international projects,the control of project procurement costs,the improvement of corporate profits,the achievement of more international projects,the improvement of international market competitiveness,and the realization of the established goals and development strategies of the company.In this thesis,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis are used to analyze and study the current situation and existing problems of HG Company’s procurement management.Combined with analysis of international engineering company procurement activity,measures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of procurement organization structure optimization,bidding strategy,procurement contract execution,supplier management,talent reserve and so on.Finally,the procurement strategy with strong reference significance is formed.We firstly summarize such a set of practical guiding procurement strategy and management ideas,and then add the personalized needs of different project owners to form a unique strategy for the project,which can effectively reduce the project execution risk and achieve the development goals of the company. |
