Study On The Optimization Of Procurement Management Of Q Company In The Context Of Internet Plus

With the development of Chinese economy into a high-quality development stage,the "empowerment" of information technology has been further enhanced,and its deep integration with the entity economy has accelerated the development process of digitalization,networking and intelligence of the entity economy.The report of the 20th Party Congress emphasized the importance of the entity economy and proposed that the key to building a modern industrial system is to promote the development of a new type of industrialization,and the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry cannot be achieved without the participation of the Internet.Procurement,as the first step of sustainable production,plays a vital role in enterprise development.The modern Internet has transformed the traditional enterprise procurement management model,and the convenient procurement information platform has broken through the limitations of the traditional procurement model in terms of time and space,bringing high efficiency and stability to the buyers and suppliers,which is conducive to reducing enterprise procurement costs and improving production efficiency.However,due to the lack of attention to procurement activities in many enterprises,there are many problems in the procurement process,such as unreasonable procurement process,insufficient standardization of supplier management,inadequate management system,etc.,which will affect the normal operation of enterprises.In the cruel market competition environment and the requirements of the times,how to use high technology and information technology to create "Internet plus procurement" model for each enterprise is imperative,only to take the first step in the development of production,the subsequent business activities can be done in an orderly manner,industrial enterprises can also get a rapid transformation and better development.This paper takes the procurement management of materials used in the production process of Q Petroleum Resin Company as the object of study.By sorting out the current situation of the procurement management of Q Co.,Ltd,we find out that there are high procurement cost,low procurement efficiency,imperfect procurement process,disorderly supplier management and unreasonable procurement organization structure settings in the procurement management without Internet participation.By using "Internet Plus" and internal and external collaborative system,the above problems are improved and the target effect is predicted.We hope to improve the procurement process and division of responsibilities,improve procurement efficiency,strengthen supplier management and reduce costs and increase efficiency.It is expected to improve Q Co.,Ltd,competitiveness and to have some reference significance for the optimization of chemical procurement mode in Chinese chemical industry,especially in petroleum resin industry.
