In order to promote the development of tobacco production in informatization and intelligence,the project "Ning’an Intelligent Tobacco Platform System" is performed in Ning’an County,Mudanjiang City,Heilongjiang Province.As a part of the project,a data acquisition and control system based on the Internet of Things(hereinafter referred to as an intelligent tobacco system)is designed in this paper.In the system,the data are collected from the whole production process of tobacco agriculture to form the tobacco agricultural big data,the real-time and historical data can be used to control the devices automatically.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The data acquisition terminals for various production processes are designed.In order to take photos of the tobacco leaves in the curing barn with weak lighting in the high temperature and humidity environment,a specific camera is designed to be used in the curing barn.The semiconductor cooling and heating device is adopted to control the temperature,the LED array light sources and acrylic transparent material are used to realize plane lighting,and a special structure is designed to solve the problems of heat conduction and lens anti-fog.The image data can be transmitted to the server through the 4G module.It can also be transmitted to the local receiver or repeater through the RS485 bus.In order to monitor the variance of internal moisture in tobacco leaves in real-time,a device for collecting the moisture content of tobacco leaves is designed.The state equation and output equation are constructed by analyzing the relationship between moisture and weight of the leaves,The extended kalman filter algorithm is used to estimate the internal water content ratio of tobacco leaves.(2)A multi-network integration Internet of Things system suitable for the agricultural field is designed.In the system,the local area network is constructed by using Lo Ra and Wi Fi,and the connection with the server is realized through 4G modules,routers and switches.The multi-network integration can ensure that the data acquisition and the realtime control can work reliably in any case of network failure.On the basis of the general MQTT protocol,referring to the standard of TCP communication protocol,an image data transmission protocol based on MQTT is designed.The data package of the image data is uploaded to the server in the form of event reporting.The related Internet of things system and data acquisition terminals have been implemented and used in Mudanjiang City,Heilongjiang Province,the data collection and real-time control functions of seedling raising greenhouse,tobacco field management and tobacco leaf curing work are reliably.The construction of the intelligent tobacco production system has been built initially.The intelligent tobacco system can collect data in the whole tobacco production process,the technicians can adjust parameters according to the relevant data and control in remotely,so as to reduce the workload of personnel.Data accumulation of intelligent tobacco leaf systems can constitute big data of tobacco production,which can be processed and mined,and AI technique can be used to enable tobacco production,then the current technical level of tobacco agriculture will be improved.
