| Tobacco leaf curing is the final process which determines the quality and result of the production of flue-cured tobacco. To improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco and the economic benefits of tobacco industry, it is showed the superior characteristic of mature tobacco leaf sufficiently by advanced curing techniques.The tobacco baking room of temperature-humidity control system includes the inputs which are temperature and humidity, and control objectives which are temperature-controlled and humidity devices. It uses fuzzy neural control based on MCU control system, which can satisfy the process requirement of temperature's and humidity's change in tobacco baking, improve quality of flue-cured tobacco and reduce manpower. To ensure the quality and high tech content, taking full account of the economic characteristics to reduce costs in our country, it designs the intelligent monitoring system of tobacco curing of temperature and humidity which based on MCU and fuzzy neural control technology. It can solve many questions, such as large inertia, non-linear and time-varying, which automatic control can't realize.Five parts are focused in this paper. Firstly, according to analysis.ordinary tobacco-curing barns, there are too many disadvantages, such as irrational structure, unable regulating temperature, low utilization of heat energy, unable emission of the moisture and labor-intensive. In order to improve the quality of the tobacco-curing, the tobacco baking room of temperature-humidity control system is introduced. Secondly, according to the temperature and humidity nonlinear variation and time-varying phenomena in tobacco baking, it propose the fuzzy neural controller by researching on the fuzzy control algorithm and neural control algorithm, investigating the temperature and humidity characteristic of tobacco baking and the requirement of three stages baking process. More importantly, it adopts simulation by MATLAB and proves that the algorithm can be realized in the system. Thirdly, with the core of C8051F020, time controlling keyboard inputs, LCD display and temperature-humidity collecting, the MCU control system is designed. What's more, optical isolation drive control circuit,. multi-temperature-humidity collecting circuit based on 1-Wire bus, and baking technology curve parameters storage circuit are designed in the system, which has the function of real-time signal collecting, data displaying, keyboard controlling, algorithm, temperature-controlled device, humidity-control device and so on. The design of hardware and software is described in detail. Fourthly, in order to improve the reliability of system about the hardware and software of MCU system, anti-jamming technology is designed. It also researches anti-jamming technology of sensor and driver circuit in the article. At last, it designs PCB and carries out experiments combining the hardware board and software. At the same time, a complete control system is assembled.The research work is closely connected to the practical application. During the research, the general data and information are referred, and all these gave me a lot of control experiences and PCB design experiences, accumulated more experience concerning MATLAB,simulation, which can be used in the design of other temperature and humidity control system. |
