| Intelligent tobacco sorter is a kind of automatic equipment,which integrates light,electricity,machine and gas as a coalition.While among the equipment,sundries elimination system is the most significant one,who utilizes pneumatic conveying technology to transport tobaccos to the proper location via the conveyor belt to throw them,and finally eliminate the non-smoking materials by the jet reaction of the electromagnetic knockout valve.The intelligent tobacco sorter is developed on the basis of pneumatic conveying technology,with the average wind plate new installed to the sundries elimination system,the stability of the air flow is the most important parameter in the operation of the machine.In a word,to study the internal flow field of tobacco impurity removal system is of great significance to improve the impurity removal performance and enhance the working stability of the equipment.Firstly,the composition and working principle of the tobacco sorter are analyzed,the physical model is established and the mesh model is divided.Based on the Navier-Stokes equation,the numerical calculation and analysis of the conventional flow field has been carried out.The results show that verage wind plate have good average wind eff ect,but the number of grids in calculation is huge and it is difficult to calculate.Then,the fluid flow region is divided into fluid region and porous region,and the study of the setting method of porous medium parameter has been carried out.Moreover,the numerical calculation and analysis of the flow field in the porous medium has been carried out.The results show that the number of mesh calculated in porous media model is greatly red uced,and the calculation is convenient.The application effect of porous media model is basic ally the same with the actual wind panel effect.Finally,the motion law of the discrete phase and the influence of the different in let position on the flow field of the system are studied.The results show that most partic les move smoothly and evenly on the conveyor belt under the action of deflector,and the re moving effect of the inlet on the right side is better.The results provide technical support for the structure design and optimization of tobacco sorter,and the obtained parameters provide effective reference for engineering application. |
