| As the raw material of tobacco industry,tobacco leaf has always been the pillar industry in China.After the tobacco is harvested,it needs to go through multiple processes such as separation,grading,and sorting before it can be sent to a processing plant for processing into cigarettes or various tobacco products.The traditional separation,grading,and sorting of tobacco leaves are all done by workers.Using this manual method will not only be inefficient,but also due to the uncertainty and subjectivity of manual grading,the grading results are not available.Uniqueness aggravates the contradiction between tobacco farmers and tobacco purchasing stations,which in turn makes farmers unwilling to grow tobacco.In response to the above problems,this research group has put forward the research on the automatic separation and intelligent grading and sorting system of tobacco leaves.function.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,build the tobacco automatic separation and sorting system of intelligent grading model,mainly introduced on the design of the system is mainly composed of feeding,loose tobacco,separation,automatic alignment,automatic paving,grading test,intelligent sorting of seven section,by artificial put on the conveyor belt,the bundles of tobacco leaf after loosely shook,separation process,will be separated into single chip of tobacco,In order to reduce the error in tobacco image recognition,single leaf tobacco leaves will go through automatic arrangement and smoothing process,and then undergo intelligent detection and grading.Finally,tobacco leaves will be sorted into corresponding recycling boxes according to the grading results.Secondly,from the point of view of key technologies,through the analysis of the characteristics of tobacco leaves,this paper proposed a design and study of tobacco leaf separation and sorting method,through experimental tests can effectively achieve the separation and sorting of tobacco leaves.In view of the low accuracy of tobacco leaf classification,this paper built a tobacco leaf image acquisition system,and proposed a convolutional neural network algorithm based on width learning to detect and grade tobacco leaves,so as to improve the accuracy of tobacco leaf classification.Finally,from the perspective of the control layer,this paper studies the automatic separation of tobacco leaves and the intelligent grading and sorting control system.Taking the PLC controller as the core,the composition and working principle of the control system are introduced,and the communication and instructions for the system are proposed.And the design of instruction scheduling,and finally the expert control system is used to control decision and supervise the system.The automatic separation and intelligent grading and sorting system of tobacco leaves studied in this paper can complete the operation of automatic separation,grading and sorting of tobacco leaves after repeated experiments and tests.Through the study of the system,on the one hand,in the separation of tobacco leaf,grading and sorting obtained has certain practical and instructional research,on the other hand,help tobacco collection with the tobacco leaf separation and sorting time-consuming and grading results do not have scientific problems,the tobacco companies to achieve "reduced work efficiency" is of great significance,At the same time,it also protects the economic interests of tobacco farmers and the country. |
