Petrochemical equipment is the main material basis for the production of petrochemical enterprises.In order to ensure maintenance quality,improve maintenance efficiency,and reduce maintenance costs,petrochemical companies at home and abroad have generally implemented a third-party equipment maintenance method,that is,equipment maintenance outsourcing.In order to avoid the potential risks of this maintenance model and make full use of the unique advantages of blockchain technology such as decentralization,openness,security,and anonymity,this paper proposes and develops a petrochemical equipment maintenance transaction system based on blockchain technology.Analyzed and determined the basic requirements of the petrochemical equipment maintenance transaction system,designed a transaction dispute handling mechanism based on blockchain technology and a mandatory refund method for transaction disputes,and established a petrochemical equipment maintenance outsourcing transaction based on blockchain technology The dispute resolution model provides a new and effective way for the settlement of disputes between the two parties in petrochemical equipment maintenance transactions,the settlement of economic disputes,and the establishment of mutual trust.Based on the demand analysis of the petrochemical equipment maintenance transaction system,four system functional modules of user management,information inquiry,transaction process management and reputation management were established,and the petrochemical equipment maintenance transaction smart contract data structure and system database entity were established,and related transactions were completed.The logical design builds a system development environment and makes the system pass the functional test.The developed system uses solidity language to write smart contracts,uses Java language and writes Web application layer based on SSM framework,and realizes the docking of Java and Ethereum.By calling smart contracts,the system can perform demand release,order receipt,transfer,as well as dispute review information release,dispute verification,and forced refunds,etc.,and upload the data to the blockchain to ensure the security and durability of system transaction information Sex.In addition,the system has a data backup function,and My SQL database can be used to persist data,which can ensure the smooth operation of the system and enhance user experience.The system solves the problem of insufficient maintenance resources and regionalization to a certain extent,is expected to reduce the maintenance outsourcing costs of enterprises,and provide more choices for petrochemical companies with maintenance needs and capable small and medium-sized maintenance companies.The developed system can provide reference for the research on the outsourcing management of petrochemical equipment and the safe and economic operation of related enterprises.
