Design And Implementation Of Muscovy Duck Food Supply Chain Based On Blockchain Technology

The establishment of a food supply chain is an important way to ensure food safety.At present,the traditional supply chain system adopts centralized management and control.On the one hand,the centralized data storage method has the risk of human tampering and data loss,which makes the data lack reliability and integrity,and reduces the supervision ability of the entire supply chain management system.On the other hand,each enterprise has an independent supply chain supervision system,which has problems such as system incompatibility,decentralized management,and difficulty in data sharing.Therefore,it is necessary to find a more efficient and complete technology to build a supply chain system.Blockchain technology has the advantages of decentralization,tamper-proof,traceability,openness and transparency,etc.It can be realized by writing smart contracts with "Turing completeness".A database with consensus,non-tamperable,and distributed functions can effectively solve the shortcomings of the traditional food supply chain.Through the analysis of the agricultural food supply chain,it points out the current problems in food circulation,and analyzes the concept,technical advantages,and system framework of the blockchain technology,and combines the needs of the agricultural food supply chain to design a blockchain-based technology The food supply chain system plan of the company includes a four-layer system architecture of facility infrastructure layer,network layer,data consensus layer,and application layer.Taking Muscovy as the experimental object,using Java to compile front-end web projects and chain codes,we designed and implemented a Muscovy duck food supply chain system based on Hyperledger Fabric technology.The system includes two organizations,each with two nodes,and an orderer node and two CA nodes.Each node of the supply chain is added to the blockchain,and the relevant data is uploaded and stored in the block through a consensus mechanism Realize the consistency and real-time data of various departments,realize the traceability and anti-tampering of the muscovy duck food supply chain,and ensure the quality and safety of muscovy duck food.The system can realize the functions of muscovy duck food supply chain traceability,muscovy duck information management,user login,traceability information verification and other functions,including farm management,slaughterhouse management,warehouse management,logistics management,sales management and other modules,according to the functional requirements of the modules,Complete the entry of the muscovy duck food information.
