| The fiber membrane prepared by electrostatic spinning can be loaded with antibacterial drugs as wound dressing,composite polymer materials and antibacterial drugs,and the composite fiber membrane with certain mechanical properties and antibacterial properties can be prepared.Zein has good biocompatibility and is cheap and easy to obtain.It is mixed with polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP),and polytrimethy Lcarbonate(PTMC)is added on the basis of Zein/PVP film,composite fiber film with good mechanical properties can be obtained.By loading sulfadiazine silver antibacterial agent,it can be widely used in medical antibacterial dressings.(1)Composite fiber membranes were prepared with Zein and PVP as main components,and series of electrostatic spinning fiber membranes were prepared by adjusting the proportion of Zein and PVP.The microstructure,water absorption and mechanical properties of the composite fiber membrane were tested and the preparation efficiency was evaluated.The results show that: Voltage is 20 k V,receiving distance is 18 cm,injection speed is 15 m L/h,syringe needle is 18G(inner diameter is 0.84mm),Zein concentration is 0.175mg/m L,PVP concentration is0.075mg/m L,the prepared Zein/PVP composite fiber membrane has the maximum tensile strength.Its breaking strength is 3.734 MPa and water absorption is 189.56%.When the Zein concentration is greater than 0.20g/m L,the fiber diameter will increase.The overall fiber diameter of Zein/PVP composite fiber membrane is distributed in 4-12μm.(2)The electrospinning process of Zein/PVP and PTMC co-dissolved was explored by adding polymer material PTMC as reinforcement method.HFIP was selected as the best solvent and mixed and dissolved PTMC,PVP and Zein in proportion.When the concentration of Zein was 0.15mg/m L,PVP was 0.04mg/m L and PTMC was 0.03mg/m L,the mechanical properties of Zein/PVP/PTMC composite fiber membrane were better.Its breaking strength is 6.068 MPa and water absorption is119.34%.The overall fiber diameter of Zein/PVP/PTMC composite fiber membrane is 6-22μm.(3)Nanoparticles of silver sulfadiazine were synthesized in PVP aqueous solution by reaction of sodium sulfadiazine aqueous solution and silver nitrate aqueous solution.The prepared silver sulfadiazine nanoparticles were dispersed into Zein/PVP/PTMC electrostatic spinning solution,and the fiber membranes were spun.The fibers of the composite fiber membranes loaded with Ag SD formed ribbons.The microscopic morphology,tensile strength and antibacterial performance of the composite fiber membranes were evaluated.The breaking strength of composite fiber membrane loaded with antibacterial agent Ag SD was 5.632 MPa,and the fiber membrane had good inhibition effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. |
