Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)and hyaluronic acid(HA)are high molecular polymers with good biocompatibility,which are widely used in health care,food and cosmetics industries.In order to realize the multifunctional polymer and expand its application in the field of non-woven fabric,it is usually necessary to blend the polymer to prepare multifunctional fiber film.However,the above three kinds of polymers have different physical and chemical properties,and their blends have problems such as poor stability of multiphase interface structure and complex interface behavior.In this study,PVA,PVA/CMCS and PVA/CMCS/HA composite fiber films were successfully prepared by an improved self-made planar collection centrifugal spinning machine.This spinning method does not require additional auxiliary flow field and static electric field.An industrial forming process and method was proposed,including solution viscosity,spinning temperature,relative humidity and PVA,PVA/CMCS,PVA/CMCS/HA mixing ratio.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy spectrum,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetry,differential scanning calorimetry and wide-angle X-ray diffraction.The mechanical properties,toxicity to human skin fibroblasts,antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli of composite fiber membrane were investigated,and corresponding tests were made according to QB/T 2872-2017 standard.The research contents are as follows:(1)Explore the concentration of PVA spinnable solution,the spinnable range of PVA solution is 16~ 20%,through SEM,it can be seen that with the increase of the concentration of spinning solution,the uniformity of PVA fiber film first increases and then decreases,the average diameter first increases and then decreases,the 18%concentration of PVA fiber film almost has no droplets,the fiber uniformity is the best,the spinning effect is the best.Its average fineness is 4.03 μm.The mechanical properties of P18 fiber film are the best,and its stress reaches 1.27 MPa.In addition,the hygroscopic properties of PVA fiber membrane are very good.(2)Explore the spinnable solution concentration of PVA/CMCS.When the concentration of PVA is 16~ 20% and the concentration of CMCS is 1~ 2%,the two polymer blends can spin fiber film by centrifugal spinning technology.It can be seen by SEM that the spinning effect deteriorates with the increase of the amount of CMCS.PVA and CMCS are evenly distributed in the fiber,but because of the high density of CMCS,the CMCS gradually increase radially outward in the fiber membrane.In addition,the addition of CMCS significantly affected the liquid absorption and mechanical properties of PVA/CMCS composite fiber membrane,almost had no toxicity to human skin fibroblasts,and the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was up to 72.05 % and 21.36 %,respectively.These results indicate that the newly prepared PVA/CMCS composite fiber membrane is a promising material for dermatological applications and cosmetics.Most importantly,these materials are highly efficient,non-toxic and environmentally friendly,making them widely available and easy to commercialize.(3)Explore the concentration of PVA/CMCS/HA spinnable solution,add0.1~0.3 % HA into the spinning solution of P18-C1,still spinnable.It can be seen from the rheology that the addition of HA increases the concentration of spinning solution,but plays a stable role in the evaporation of solvent.When the concentration of HA is0.2 %,the uniformity of the fiber film is the best.Compared with PVA/CMCS fiber film,the mechanical properties are decreased,and the moisture absorption properties are stronger.The heat and cold resistance and p H of P18-C1-H0.2 fiber film are in line with the mask industry standards,and its centrifugal stability after dissolution,water retention and hydration performance is very excellent,which can be used as a kind of antibacterial and hydrating cosmetics with good performance.
