Research On Working Capital Management Of Q Company

Working capital management not only plays an important role in the financial management of enterprises,but also directly affects the operation and management of enterprises and determines the development trend of enterprises.Under the trend of promoting cooperation and seeking development,with the increasingly fierce market competition,the traditional working capital management mode has not adapted to the complex economic environment,and it is difficult to give effective guidance to the operation and management of enterprises.The supply chain theory has penetrated into all aspects of the market economy.Combining the supply chain theory with working capital management can not only more comprehensively tap the potential of working capital management,but also effectively improve the means of working capital management,raising the management of working capital to a strategic level.This paper takes Q Company as the research object,and analyzes the working capital management of Q Company on the basis of combing relevant literature and starting from the relevant theories of supply chain management and working capital management evaluation.First,analyze the current working capital management status of Q Company,and then analyze the current working capital management status of Q Company in the procurement,production and sales links respectively based on the basic financial data and relevant materials of Q Company.Secondly,from the perspective of supply chain,the working capital management evaluation system of Q Company is constructed from three aspects of procurement,production and sales by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the working capital management of Q Company is analyzed and evaluated in depth.Finally,we found the problems in Q Company through evaluation and analysis,and put forward some suggestions on strengthening the relationship with suppliers,formulating a reasonable payment period for accounts payable,strengthening product inventory management,strengthening non related party accounts payable management,reducing commodity inventory through multiple channels,and improving the accounts receivable management system.With the help of supply chain management theory,based on the problems existing in the working capital management of China’s mineral industry,and on the basis of in-depth research on the relevant achievements of working capital management,this paper evaluates and analyzes the working capital management reality of Q Company,finds out the pain points of working capital management,and puts forward exploratory suggestions to improve the working capital management level,It is expected to provide some reference for Q Company and other enterprises in the mineral industry in improving working capital management.
