Research On Working Capital Management Of Enterprise B Based On Supply Chain

As an indispensable core element in financial management,working capital management plays an important role in daily business activities of enterprises.Working capital management will affect the liquidity and profitability of corporate funds,so we should pay attention to the management of corporate working capital.The previous research of working capital management has concentrated on a single financial index and its elements while the current studies are bound within the theory of channel,supply chain and value chain.With the rapid development of information technology,supply chain management has been valued by foreign companies.Through the strengthening of supply chain cooperation between enterprises on the chain,enterprises has improved the speed of business market response,thus achieved a win-win business supply chain.Foreign enterprises have taken supply chain management theory into the working capital management.This innovative thinking made its working capital management efficiency to be improved significantly.In recent years,packaging industry in China is developing rapidly.The limitation of domestic small-scale packaging industry including low-tech products,research and development funding for the low,low utilization of packaging materials and waste characteristics are restricting the development of many small and medium-sized enterprises.One of the reasons for these characteristics is that the management of SME working capital in the packaging industry lags behind the developed countries in Europe and the United States.Therefore,in order to strengthen the management of working capital,such enterprises must update the concept of working capitalmanagement.Taking Enterprise B of the packaging industry as the research objects,This paper based on the theory of supply chain researches on the working capital management of Enterprise B.This paper elaborates the management of supply chain and working capital by consulting,collecting,analyzing and summarizing the literature,and analyzes the influencing factors and evaluation indexes of working capital management from the supply chain perspective.Based on the theory after full analysis,taking Enterprise B as an example,this paper analyzes the status of its working capital management by using the case study method.According to the specific situation of Enterprise B,it makes corresponding analysis on the three aspects of purchasing,production and sales management.This paper analyzes the existing problems of working capital management from the perspective of the case enterprise supply chain from the perspective of quantitative analysis.Based upon the data and index analysis results of the field investigation of Enterprise B,it concludes that based on the working capital management and then it gives detailed exposition of the problems existing in the four links of the enterprises.According to the supply chain theory,the optimization measures of the system and comprehensiveness will be provided on the series of existing issues.Finally,based on the theory of supply chain alliance,establishing a supply chain strategic alliance which is suitable for the enterprise,so as to reduce the risk of working capital breakdown in all aspects of the enterprise and improve the utilization efficiency of working capital.This paper studies the working capital management of Enterprise B on the basis of supply chain theory,which is of great guiding significance for enhancing the ability of working capital management of Enterprise B and enhancing its profitability.Actually today,in the rapid development of the packaging industry,it is an important practical significance as well for the same industry enterprises.
