Research On Working Capital Risk Management Of YG Aluminum Industry Based On Supply Chain

Good working capital management is the premise of normal operation of enterprises,laying the foundation of enterprise financing,production,manufacturing,sales and other links,but as one of the important management content of financial management,many enterprises have ignored to prevent the potential risk management of working capital.Aluminum processing and manufacturing enterprises belong to a long cyclical industry,the industrial chain is gradually extended,and the development is rapid.How to ensure the safety of working capital and how to choose appropriate risk management strategies have become the severe challenges facing aluminum companies.The object of this thesis is YG Aluminum Company.Starting from the upstream,midstream and downstream links of the supply chain,the working capital risk management of YG Aluminum Company is studied by combining Delphi with hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.After the research results of scholars,through field research,we learned the basic situation,business development and operation process of YG Aluminum Company,dug out the risk points and existing problems in the working capital of each link of the supply chain of the company,built a comprehensive risk evaluation model according to the actual situation of YG Aluminum Company,and calculated the overall and risk management scores of each link.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,some suggestions are put forward for the working capital risk management of YG Aluminum Company.Based on the study of working capital risk management of YG Aluminum Company in this thesis,it is concluded that the risk of working capital risk management of YG Aluminum company under the supply chain is not high,but there are some problems in each link.This thesis puts forward targeted solutions to this problem,hoping to reduce the working capital risk of YG Aluminum company and improve its competitiveness in the same industry.At the same time for other manufacturing enterprises to solve the same type of problems to provide some reference and reference.
