As a huge energy consumption in China,coal has brought important energy support to China’s social development and construction.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the amount of coal mining is still high,and the potential safety problems in the process of coal mining are always worried by coal enterprises.Although the safety problems of coal enterprises have been greatly reduced under the compulsory control of the state,safety accidents still occur from time to time.If coal enterprises want to develop in a long-term and sustainable way,they have to pay attention to the safety problems of enterprises.When investigating many coal mine safety accidents,it is found that most safety accidents are caused by people’s unsafe behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the safety awareness of coal miners in the working process and reduce the occurrence of miners’ unsafe behavior in order to effectively eliminate the occurrence of safety accidents.As a leader,he always pays attention to the "false feelings" of the outside world.Therefore,as a leader,he can always pay attention to the "false feelings" under the pressure of the outside world.As a leader,he can always pay attention to the "false feelings" of the outside world.Therefore,he can always pay attention to the "false feelings" of the outside world,Achieving the consistency of real inner and outer behavior will bring many conveniences to the daily work of Chinese enterprises under the background of traditional culture.According to research,positive leadership style can affect subordinates’ work attitude,behavior and performance.As a positive leadership style,authentic leadership can effectively improve employees’ work performance.As a kind of work performance,safety performance will be affected by authentic leadership behavior,and coal miners are prone to job burnout due to high work pressure,which will also affect miners’ safety performance,Authentic leadership behavior can reduce the job burnout of miners and improve the safety performance of enterprises.At present,the concept of authentic leadership behavior is rarely introduced into the field of coal mine in China,and there is little research on its impact on safety performance.This paper takes authentic leadership as a antecedent variable and introduces job burnout as an intermediary to explore its impact mechanism on miners’ safety performance and put forward suggestions for safety management of coal mining enterprises.Based on the theory of positive organizational behavior,social exchange theory and resource conservation theory,and consulting the literature at home and abroad,this paper combs and studies the concepts of real leadership,job burnout and safety performance.On this basis,this paper constructs the relationship hypothesis model of the three variables to explore the impact mechanism of real leadership on miners’ safety performance.This paper takes authentic leadership as an independent variable,which is divided into four dimensions:relationship transparency,self-awareness,internalized morality and information balance processing.Job burnout as an intermediary variable is divided into three dimensions:emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of personal achievement.Safety performance as a dependent variable and a single dimensional variable.Through the questionnaire to the front-line miners in coal enterprises to collect data,the reliability and validity of the data are tested by SPSS and Amos software,and the main effect model and intermediary effect model are verified.The conclusions are as follows: authentic leadership has a positive impact on the safety performance of front-line miners;Authentic leadership inhibits the occurrence of miners’ job burnout;Job burnout will reduce the safety performance of miners;Job burnout has a partial mediating effect between authentic leadership and miners’ safety performance,that is,authentic leadership not only directly affects miners’ safety performance,but also indirectly affects miners’ safety performance through job burnout.Finally,based on the research of this paper,the following management implications are drawn: to promote the real leadership style,actively listen to the ideas of employees,and improve the moral standards of leaders;Care for the mental health of miners,the enterprise system should be people-oriented,and employees should not be regarded as machines that can only work;Improve the safety regulation system throughout the process,create an enterprise culture of safe production,and encourage miners to conduct self-supervision and mutual supervision.In order to improve the safety performance of coal enterprises,I hope to provide reference for the future coal mine safety management.
