With the proposed goal of " peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality",the electric power industry is destined to become the focus of attention.Public data show that more than 40% of China’s carbon emissions come from the power sector.According to the requirement of " peak carbon dioxide emissions ",China aims to achieve the target of 20%and 25% of primary energy consumption from non-fossil fuels by 2025 and 2030.In order to actively achieve this goal,major power energy enterprises actively layout clean energy project construction,such as: wind power,photovoltaic and so on.As the backbone energy enterprise in China,H Company actively adjusts the energy structure,increases the layout of clean energy project construction under this background,and proposes to achieve the proportion of clean energy to exceed 50% before 2025 and achieve the " peak carbon dioxide emissions " at an early date.However,in the face of the declining subsidies for the construction of domestic clean energy projects since 2020 and the severe impact of COVID-19 on the global supply chain,the capacity of clean energy has been strained,which puts forward new requirements for the guarantee of clean energy supply chain.Faced with this situation,H Company actively adjusted its layout and conducted beneficial discussions and attempts to optimize the supply mode of clean energy materials.Clean energy equipment supplies way based on the H company as the research object,by using the method of combining theoretical analysis and case study,combined with their own experience working in the company,first of all,from the procurement management,transport organization,spare parts storage aspects introduces the H company’s clean energy equipment supplies pattern present situation,With the help of questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the centralized framework procurement mode of material supply is lack of elasticity,poor turnover,high capital cost,increased delivery difficulty and so on when the number of new projects increases and the supply of materials is tight.Then,the necessity of optimizing the supply mode of clean energy equipment was analyzed based on the influence of " peak carbon dioxide emissions " on the supply mode of clean energy equipment of H Company.Finally comprehensive centralized strategic procurement management model and the advantages of JIT purchasing management mode,collect for the supply of optimization model is put forward,by developing plans to focus frame,centralized purchasing,centralized logistics organizations,to provide extended financial services,spare parts supply chain focus positions of clean energy equipment material supply service implementation model optimization.Through the optimization of material supply mode to achieve on time supply,reduce capital cost,improve turnover,improve response sensitivity.Through the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn: after the implementation of material supply mode optimization,the overall utilization rate of H company’s clean energy materials is improved,and the optimal allocation of resources is realized;By promoting the flow,standardization,digitalization and informatization of material supply management,the ecological viscosity of the supply chain is enhanced and the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of clean energy equipment and material supply is achieved.It also provides some reference for the optimization of material supply mode of relevant clean energy enterprises under the goal of " peak carbon dioxide emissions".
