Poor working environment is the soil nurtured by unsafe human behavior and unsafe conditions, and is the main cause of accidents. The working face of a coal mine is considered to be the most difficult lighting environment in the world.Miners are difficult to find abnormal conditions around them due to the narrow working face and poor illumination conditions, monotonous working environment and poor visual effect. In addition, the coal mine underground lighting environment is artificial lighting. And the miner’s lamp is the eye of the miner, and there is obvious dark area around the small lighting range, which is only suitable for local lighting, and it is difficult to guarantee the appropriate illumination. Therefore,it is of great significance to select appropriate lighting conditions to ensure the health and safety of workers. This paper studies the effect of mine lamp illumination level on human physiological, psychological and visual performance from the visual angle.By collecting underground illuminance data of fully mechanized mining face in Zhongmacun Coal Mine, the environment of the fully mechanized mining face is simulated in the laboratory.Using MP150 multi-channels physiological instrument, the corresponding physiological data synchronization for the experimental process(Heart Rate,Low Frequency and High Frequency),combined with the visual representation(Critical Flicker Frequency and Schulte Grid)and subjective questionnaire(VAS and fatigue questionnaire),analysis before and after operation 3kinds of miner’s lamp illumination(weak(2000 lx),medium(4000 lx),strong(6000lx))effects on workers.Draw the following conclusions.1)strong and medium illumination has significant effects on HR(Heart Rate),strong illumination on LF(Low Frequency)and weak illumination on HF(High Frequency).2)The average value of HR before operation increased with the increase of lamp illumination(73.74weak<74.85middle<76.48strong),HR has been maintained at a high level under strong illumination after operation;3)The body surface temperature of forehead, tip of nose and back of hand before and after operation is the highest under strong illumination;4)The mean value of CFF(Critical Flicker Frequency)increased with the increase of illuminance(32.13weak<32.95middle<35.13strong).After the operation,CFF decreased under high illumination, and the degree of discomfort in light environment and difficulty in concentration increased. In addition, the results of fatigue questionnaire showed that the fatigue degree increased significantly under strong illumination after operation. The above results indicate that different illumination levels of mine lamps have different effects on neural activities.Although high illumination can improve the excitability of neural activities and short-term visual level,long-term exposure to this environment will accelerate the degree of physical and mental fatigue, leading to accidents.Combined with the test results, quantitative analysis was made on influencing factors of underground lighting and the effect of lighting methods on visual fatigue by analytic hierarchy process. The weight of criterion layer B was ranked as follows:illuminance level>glare>illuminance uniformity>illuminance stability>environment contrast>light color effect.Scheme layer C weight sorting:local lighting>fixed lighting>mixed lighting. The above results indicate that the most prominent problems of underground coal mine lighting are insufficient illumination, unevenness, instability, poor contrast,et al,and local lighting is most likely to cause visual fatigue.
