Research And Application Of Coalmine Emergency Material Supplier Selection

China is the country with the largest coal output in the world,but also the country with frequent coal mine accidents.In recent ten years,China’s coal production has been growing rapidly,but the number of coal mine accidents and the death rate of one million tons of coal are still large.Coal mine emergency materials are the material basis of coal mine emergency rescue,which determined whether the emergency rescue work can be carried out smoothly.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate and select appropriate suppliers of coal mine emergency materials.Firstly,based on the existing supplier evaluation index system and combined with the characteristics of coal mine emergency supplies,the evaluation index system of coal mine emergency supplies suppliers was constructed.Four first-class indexes: material quality,material price,supplier capacity and enterprise environment,14 second-class indexes,such as material qualification rate and quality assurance system were included in the evaluation index system.Then,combined with intuitionistic fuzzy number,evidence theory and prospect theory,the model of coal mine emergency material supplier selection was constructed.In this model,the linguistic variables of experts’ evaluation of suppliers were transformed into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,and the hesitant information of the expert’s judgment was fully expressed.The weights of evaluation indexes were determined by using evidence distance,the uncertainty in the evaluation process of expert index weight was effectively solved,and the scientificity of the determination of index weight was greatly improved.The suppliers were selected by combining prospect theory,the bounded rationality of experts’ comprehensive evaluation can be avoided.Finally,the evaluation index system and selection model of coal mine emergency materials suppliers were applied in an example,and the priority of each supplier was obtained.Supplier 3 > supplier 5 > supplier 4 > supplier 1 > supplier 2,the best supplier selection scheme was obtained,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model were verified.
