Aiming at the problems existing in the coal mine safety evaluation in Inner Mongolia shout Jill, d.c., took the research bout the safety evaluation of technical and application within the Muduchaideng, Hulusu, Menkeqing and Bayangaole in the system. On this basis, gave the screening method of evaluation index, the solving method of fuzzy weight, the ranking method of coal mine safety evaluation index including fuzzy information, fuzzy closeness formula and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of coal mine safety.Screened for coal mine safety evaluation indicators. The existing coal mine safety evaluation index system, the sample indexes were determined without considering cost. Got sample indexes with the minimum cost, at the same time initial cost and it’s importance were given by expert, thus the index system contain both subjective and objective constraints.Took the qualitative indicators that were assessment by the triangular fuzzy number measured to the language value, put forward the determination method about fuzzy weighted bi-directional projection. Make sure the determinate fuzzy weighted, was considered decision-makers rationality and limited rationality behaves, and from two aspects both ideal and critical state.It’s put forward that the index system of coal mine safety in tertiary index weighted projection sorting method.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety is the hot study. Using bi-directional projection formula, gave the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model from both rational and limited rational behavior decision makers. Then evaluate the above four coal mine by the comprehensive evaluation model. The results show that under the rational and irrational behavior of the decision makers, the indicators which have more important influence on the safety of coal mine are cable connection device, gas drainage, the safe production responsibility system, the main ventilator, inspection,maintenance, adjustment, mechanical and electrical equipment and protection and mine fire prevention and control; the results of two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine safety are nearly identical that the mining safety ranking followed by Muduchaideng, Hulusu, Menkeqing andBayangaole, including the mother du wood and bottle gourd in the element safety degree, the general door, igawa and BaYanGaoLe safety degree is the highest.
