| Simple agricultural development mode can not keep up with the pace of economic development,urbanization and agricultural modernization promote agricultural transformation.Urban ecological agriculture follows the urban orientation,which is of great significance in meeting the multi-level needs of urban and rural residents and adjusting the ecological balance,and has become the performance of modern agriculture at a higher level.Chongming District is the core ecological space in Shanghai metropolitan area.It is of great significance to study how to develop high-level urban ecological agriculture while protecting the ecological environment,which contributes to the construction of Ecological city in Shanghai and leads the green development of agriculture in Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,from the perspective of ecological protection,it is of great significance to further optimize and promote chongming’s agricultural development to find out the development level of urban ecological agriculture in Chongming.On the basis of clarifying the basic concept of urban ecological agriculture,this paper studies the development of agriculture in Chongming District of Shanghai,and clarifies the history,current situation and problems of agricultural development in Chongming District.The index system was constructed based on the data of chongming District statistical yearbook from 1986 to 2020,and the weight of the index was determined comprehensively by ahp and entropy method.The development level of urban eco-agriculture was evaluated by comprehensive index method,and the internal coordination and obstacle factors of the system were explored by coupling degree and coupling coordination model and obstacle degree model.Based on the above research results,suggestions on the development of urban ecological agriculture in Chongming district and the optimization of agricultural development mode are put forward,in order to provide references for the future development of agriculture and ecological protection in Chongming District.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the comprehensive analysis of chongming agricultural yearbook data and the actual survey results,found in urban ecological agriculture development in good condition,but also exist the following problems,a new type of production and operation management main body shortage,the structure of the agricultural economy has to be further adjustment,high quality agricultural products production and processing cost,and high quality agricultural products certification,sales difficulties,etc.(2)From 1986 to 2020,the comprehensive development index of urban ecological agriculture in Chongming District increased from 0.1267 to 0.7791.According to the analysis of development stages,The development of urban ecological agriculture in Chongming district was in the preparatory stage from 1986 to 1994,the initial stage from 1995 to 2007,the preliminary realization stage from 2008 to 2012,and the basic realization stage from 2013 to 2020.It shows that the development level of urban ecological agriculture in Chongming is on the rise,but there is still some room for progress.(3)Through the analysis of the coupling degree and coordination degree of the two systems of urban ecological agriculture,it is found that the coupling state is good,the overall between 0.9 and 1.0,and the coupling relationship is relatively stable.The coupling coordination degree increased from 0.329 in 1986 to 0.8801 in 2020,and the coupling state gradually declined from moderate disorder to good coordination state,and the coupling coordination trend was gradually intact.The economic and social development of Chongming district was lagging behind before 2003,and the agricultural ecological environment system was lagging behind after 2004,and the growth momentum was weak in recent years,indicating that chongming district should pay more attention to the development of agricultural ecological environment in the future,and explore a new and efficient ecological development model.(4)Based on the diagnostic model of obstacle factors,this paper found that before2004,the obstacle degree of economic and social development system was high,after2004,the obstacle degree of ecological environment system gradually increased,until2017,the main obstacle degree changed to agricultural ecological environment system.The top five obstacles for a long time include per capita disposable income of rural residents,agricultural labor productivity,effective utilization coefficient of chemical fertilizer,and forest coverage rate.Therefore,the agricultural development of Chongming District should pay attention to improving the efficiency of agricultural production,continue to improve the quality of agricultural ecological environment,and explore the development strategy of simultaneous optimization of resources and economy.(5)According to the above research results with actual chongming,this paper puts forward "cultivate high-quality production operators,attract and retain top talent","continue to promote agricultural science and technology innovation,optimizing the adjustment of agricultural structure","overall development scale operation,build high quality agricultural base","healthy ecological island,explore innovative agricultural model" of the agricultural development Suggestions.In order to promote the development of agriculture in Chongming and ensure the coordinated development of ecology and social economy,three agricultural modes are put forward: agricultural eco-tourism mode,ecological agriculture mode of mixed farming,animal husbandry and fishery,and large-scale energy-saving circular agriculture. |
