Study On Influencing Factors And Improvement Strategies Of Safety Training Effect For Construction Workers

Due to the continuous development of society and the steady increase of market economic growth rate in recent years,the scale of China’s construction industry has become larger and larger,and the number of construction workers is also increasing,while the defects accompanying the rapid development are also gradually revealed;for most of the construction workers,they are mainly people in the urban fringe and small farmers in rural areas,due to the low level of education,the safety of production The lack of technical awareness and indifferent occupational safety consciousness,as well as the lack of professional safety training or the ineffectiveness of receiving safety training,make them often the main victims of mass casualty accidents.The fatalities not only create irretrievable and huge losses to their families,construction companies and the state,but also affect the stability of the society.Construction worker safety training is a key means to reduce construction accidents,and the effectiveness of construction worker safety training is directly related to whether the sound development of the construction industry can be achieved in China,therefore,it becomes urgent and urgent to strengthen the effectiveness of safety training for construction workers.In order to improve the effect of safety training for construction workers,it is particularly important to accurately identify the influencing factors of safety training effect and clarify the role of influencing factors.After consulting a large number of literature,this paper summarizes the research status of the content and effectiveness of safety training for construction workers at home and abroad.Then,using the method of literature research and consulting experts’suggestions,this paper summarizes 42 influencing factors of the effect of safety training for construction workers,and studies the importance of factors in the form of questionnaire.The respondents are construction workers.After the questionnaire was collected,the relevant personal background of the respondents and the data quality of the questionnaire were analyzed to ensure the credibility of the questionnaire data.Then,the results were sorted out and experts were consulted to identify the main influencing factors of the safety training effect of 18 construction workers.Then,the improved interpretation structure model（adding the theory of fuzzy mathematics for improvement）and Delphi method are used to evaluate the logical relationship of the18 main influencing factors,and the interpretation structure model of the main influencing factors is established.Finally,the logical relationship and driving force dependence of the 18 main influencing factors are analyzed through Micmac model,and the final conclusion is:is the training content boringS₉、The content of safety training assessmentS₁₆ has low dependence and high driving force.The education level of construction workersS₄、the qualification of training teachersS₅、the scale of safety trainingS₁₂、the management level of safety trainingS₁₃、the perfection of safety training systemS₁₄ and the safety training environmentS₁₅ have high driving force and low dependence.These eight factors are the main influencing factors.Provide improvement strategies for these eight main influencing factors from the perspectives of construction enterprises and government,and strive to provide effective suggestions for government departments and enterprise managers to improve the effect of safety training for construction workers,so as to help achieve the development goal of China’s construction industry.
