Research On The Relevance Of Organizational Safety Culture And Workers’ Safety Culture

In order to carry out the basic policy of protecting the health and life safety of workers and the property safety of the state and collectives,the concept of production safety has been put forward under the people-centered idea.President Xi has put forward requirements for government organizations that they must give top priority to people’s safety during their work.The construction of corporate safety culture is the foundation of safety management.The fact is that there is a high correlation between production accidents and workers’ unsafe production behaviors.Therefore,the establishment of safe production culture of employees is the top priority of company safety culture.After essentially studying the meaning and frame of enterprise safety culture,one safety culture structure model based on the unity of hierarchy and carrier was put forward.The safety culture model can be decomposed into core factors,worker safety culture and organization safety culture.Seven elements affecting enterprise safety culture are proposed.Taking an oil transportation enterprise as the object of study,a measurement model of enterprise safety culture is established and an investigation is carried out to analyze the correlation of various elements about enterprise safety culture.Analysis shows that impact the seven elements of safety culture of enterprise employees have regular influence on employee behavior way,the key to affect all the elements of enterprise safety culture is derived from the value idea,the behavior ability to change behavior is the main driving force and spiritual products.The safety culture index of enterprise workers is calculated and analyzed in detail by the model.The main driving force of the change of employee behavior mode is spiritual products,and technology ranks second.The behavior habit is the main control factor of the employee’s behavior mode change.The safety culture of the measured enterprises are at a good level.Figure 17;Table 58;Reference 68...
