| With the rapid development of China’s economy,environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,stimulating the rapid development of environmental engineering equipment manufacturing industry.China’s environmental protection engineering industry has developed for more than 60 years,and has built a perfect industry system.The production scale is expanding day by day,and the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.As the key content of enterprise competition,human resources become more critical.How to attract talents,motivate employees and retain talents has become the focus of the company’s long-term operation.As an important path of talent management,performance appraisal needs to meet the needs of enterprise strategy.LX Environmental Protection Equipment Co.,Ltd.,located in Luancheng District,Shijiazhuang,is a key supporting project in Hebei Province.In the early days of establishment,due to the industry gap,the enterprise has achieved rapid development,but in order to seize the market,the enterprise also ignored the issue of efficient performance.With the fierce competition in the industry,enterprises of the same type have turned to efficient management,and the performance problems of LX Environmental Protection Equipment Company have also been highlighted.Therefore,optimizing performance has become the focus of LX Company.Firstly,the industrial background of LX Company is described,and the domestic and foreign habit research is described;Secondly,it analyzes the concepts and theories related to performance appraisal,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research;Thirdly,the performance appraisal of LX Company was investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,and found that there were some problems such as failure to set evaluation indicators scientifically and reasonably,lack of strategic orientation of performance appraisal,failure to obtain recognition of the concept of performance appraisal by all employees,and the application of the examination results to be optimized.Fourthly,it points out the feasibility and necessity of the application of the balanced scorecard theory.At the same time,it uses the balanced scorecard theory to decompose the enterprise performance appraisal indicators,screen the secondary indicators,calculate their weights,and finally obtain the performance evaluation model.On this basis,through the fuzzy evaluation theory to evaluate its data,it points out that its current performance evaluation level is average.Finally,the implementation strategy and safeguard measures of LX new performance appraisal system are proposed for the application of the new performance appraisal system. |
