Study On Optimization Of Wage System For Front-line Production Worker In Wang Zhuang Coal Mine

As an important basic energy resource in our country,coal resource has been playing an important leading role in our long-term national economy and sustainable development of human society.Coal mine front-line production workers are the main force of sustainable development of coal enterprises and the creators of profits,the cornerstone of enterprise survival and development,and play an important role in the survival and development of coal mine enterprises.However,at present,many coal enterprises have problems such as imperfect salary system,single form and improper wage distribution,which directly or indirectly affect the work enthusiasm of front-line production workers and the improvement of the overall quality.On the one hand,the loss of front-line production workers,especially skilled workers,on the other hand,it also leads to the occurrence of coal mine accidents to a certain extent.In Wang zhuang coal mine coal first-line production workers compensation based on object,with its compensation scheme based on the optimization of the theme,through the investigation and data analysis,summary of Wang zhuang coal mine,the problems existing in the first-line production workers compensation scheme,on the basis of this,in view of the existing problems,and puts forward specific optimization scheme,raise salary management level of coal mine,arouse the enthusiasm of staff,Provide support to improve work efficiency.According to this research logic,based on the investigation and data analysis,this paper concludes that the salary plan of Wang zhuang Coal Mine has some problems that affect the healthy development of the enterprise,such as low staff enthusiasm,serious loss of skilled staff and unstable staff.Aiming at these problems,this paper proposes to redesign the compensation scheme,adjust the structure and distribution of compensation.We adjusted the salary structure and distribution method,strengthened the overall authority and work enthusiasm of the leaders in charge of the production line,and enriched the welfare and allowance projects.At the same time,the paper puts forward the implementation guarantee measures of the optimization scheme.
