Analysis Of Productive Factors Affecting Grain Quality And Safety

Food security concerns the national economy and the people’s livelihood,and it is vital to ensure food quality and security.Food quality safety includes food production safety,food circulation safety,food consumption safety and food reserve safety.The circulation,consumption and storage of grain are based on grain production.Therefore,the basis of grain quality security is grain production security.In light of the actual situation,we should pay more attention to production investment,let this key link play its due role,ensure food quality and safety,and ensure the life and health of the people.Under the background that the main contradiction of agriculture in China has changed and the structural reform of agricultural supply side has been promoted,the research on food production security needs to be more in-depth.We should not only pay attention to the macro security of the whole country,but also pay attention to the micro security of families and individuals;We should not only pay attention to the domestic grain market,but also to the international grain market.We should make effective use of the domestic and international markets,grasp the current situation,characteristics and changes of China’s grain production,and answer the questions of grain production security.Therefore,this study is carried out with the logical thinking of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems".Based on the reality of grain production,this study analyzes the productive factors affecting grain quality and security,and strives to obtain policy suggestions that have guiding significance for China’s grain production and security.Based on agricultural crisis theory,utility value theory and input-output theory,combined with literature review method,normative analysis method and factor analysis method,this paper analyzes and studies the problems related to food quality security in China.Through empirical analysis,the influencing factors of food production security from 2017 to 2021 are obtained,and the main factors affecting food quality security are found.From the score trend of main factor F,the level of food production security in China has been relatively high in recent years.We should not only see the achievements made in food production security in China,but also have a sense of crisis.We should not allow food quality security problems to occur,improve food production quality,and ensure food production security.This paper discusses the situation of grain quality and safety in China in detail,and reveals the problems of grain quality and safety in China from the aspects of grain planting,processing,storage and transportation,sales and supervision.Put forward policy suggestions to ensure grain quality and security,put forward basic countermeasures to ensure national grain quality and security in combination with the new situation in China,ensure grain quality and security through production environment assessment,production base management,processing control,storage and transportation management and supervision,and put forward to improve China’s comprehensive grain production capacity,improve China’s grain market system,establish an effective grain security management support system,We will establish and improve the macro security system for the grain industry and other productive optimization measures to ensure grain quality and safety.
