| Cork is a natural renewable material with excellent properties such as heat insulation,anti-slip and wear resistance,hydrophobic,sound insulation,etc.It has been widely used in indoor flooring,wall panels,moisture-proof mats and other fields.In recent years,with the increasing reports of respiratory diseases caused by mold of decorative materials,the anti-mold performance of interior decorative materials has been widely concerned,however,the anti-mold performance of cork and cork products is still in the early stage of research,and the influence law of its anti-mold performance is not clear.Therefore,this paper takes natural cork board and glued cork board as the research object to study their anti-mildew performance,reveal the change law of anti-mildew performance of glued cork under the action of different humidification methods,use it as a guide to improve the water resistance of glued cork,develop cork matting with excellent anti-mildew performance and high water resistance,and provide important technical support for the application and promotion of cork.The main results of the paper are as follows:(1)The mold characteristics of Aspergillus niger acting on natural cork boards and glued cork boards were studied.The results of the mold test showed that the infection value of Aspergillus niger was 0 for glued and natural cork boards,indicating that the natural and glued cork boards have excellent inhibition effect on Aspergillus niger,which may be due to the nearly dense structure of cork cells and the cell wall is rich in suberin with high inhibition activity.However,under the microscope,there were traces of mold spots around the lenticel tissue of natural cork boards and the presence of very small amounts of mycelium in the crevices of the particles of glued cork boards,indicating that the risk of mold infection still exists in cork materials.(2)The effect of soaking and humidification treatment and saturated steam humidification treatment on the mold resistance of glued cork boards was revealed.After soaking and humidification treatment,the mold resistance test results of glued cork board showed that the value of Aspergillus niger infection was 1;while the value of Aspergillus niger infection of glued cork board after saturated steam humidification treatment was 4,indicating that the humidification treatment reduced the mold resistance of glued cork board,and the decrease caused by saturated steam humidification was more significant It indicates that the increase of moisture content reduces the inhibition effect of glued cork board against Aspergillus niger;especially after being treated with saturated steam,the glued cork board loses the inhibition effect against Aspergillus niger.(3)The best hot pressing process was obtained by hot pressing method to prepare high water resistance cork bonded board with 15%glue application,0.4g/cm3 board density,20min hot pressing time and 100℃.After the high water resistance cork bonded board was soaked and humidified,the anti-mold test results showed that the infection value of Aspergillus niger,Penicillium citrinum and Trichoderma viride was 0.The TPU laminated cork board was designed to be water resistant and to have excellent anti-mold performance.(4)The TPU film can be used to cover the surface of cork plywood and improve the water resistance of cork plywood.After soaking and humidifying treatment,the mold resistance test of single-sided and double-sided TPU laminated cork anti-mold mat showed that the infection damage value of Aspergillus niger,Penicillium citrinum and Trichoderma viride green was 0.TPU laminated cork anti-mold mat has excellent mold resistance. |
