| With the development of the economy,green,environmentally friendly,and comfortable home decoration materials have gradually become the preferred choice,and indoor noise level is one of the main indicators of house comfort.This article uses cork and flax fibers as raw materials to prepare flax fiber/cork composite materials with good sound absorption performance through hot pressing technology.Compared with traditional cork bonding boards,based on acoustic impedance tube testing and mechanical performance testing,the difference in sound absorption and mechanical properties between flax fiber/cork composite sound-absorbing boards and cork bonding boards is analyzed,This further demonstrates the good economic and sound absorption properties of flax fiber/cork composite materials.On this basis,the influence of factors such as fiber content,material structure,and hot pressing process on the sound absorption performance of composite materials was further explored through a combination of experimental testing and simulation analysis,providing support for improving the sound absorption and mechanical properties of flax fiber/cork composite boards.The experimental results indicate that:(1)On the basis of the structure of the cork bonded board,the flax fiber layer is composite with the cork bonded board,and the flax fiber/cork multi-layer structure sound-absorbing board(FPC)is prepared.The sound-absorbing performance is significantly improved,and the maximum sound-absorbing coefficient can be increased to 0.35,proving that flax fiber can effectively improve the sound-absorbing performance of the cork composite material.(2)Analyze the factors that affect the sound absorption performance of flax fiber/cork multi-layer structure sound-absorbing boards from different perspectives,including the fiber content,layer distribution,and the influence of hot pressing process on the sound absorption performance.The experimental results show that when the hot-pressing temperature is 160 ℃,the hot-pressing pressure is 6 MPa,the hot pressing time is 15 minutes,the mass fraction of flax fiber is 10%,the board is 5 layers,and the material density is 0.4 g/cm3,the sound absorption performance of flax fiber/cork multi-layer structure sound-absorbing board material is the best.In the range of 500 Hz to 4000 Hz,the highest sound absorption coefficient reaches 0.75,and the average sound absorption coefficient is 0.40.(3)In order to better apply flax fiber/cork multi-layer structure sound-absorbing board to indoor design,an acoustic finite element model of flax fiber/cork multilayer structure sound-absorbing board was established based on JCA soundabsorbing model,and validation analysis was conducted.Research has shown that the acoustic finite element model of flax fiber/cork multi-layer structure soundabsorbing board based on COMSOL is basically consistent with the detection data of SW422 impedance tube,and can be used for simulation analysis of the soundabsorbing performance of FPC materials.The flax fiber/cork multi-layer structure sound-absorbing board has good sound absorption effect in the medium and high frequency range,where the sound absorption coefficient in the medium and high frequency range is similar to the actual detection value and increases linearly.(4)Research on the mechanical properties of flax fiber/cork multi-layer structure sound-absorbing panels with different layers.The experimental results show that when the FPC is 5 layers,the tensile strength reaches 1.56 MPa,the static bending strength reaches 2 MPa,and the elastic modulus reaches 20 MPa.All indicators meet the mechanical standard requirements of this industry’s wall panels,Explain that the physical,mechanical,and decorative properties of the flax fiber/cork multi-layer structure sound-absorbing board meet the requirements for the use of indoor wall panel materials. |
