| In order to cultivate a new growth pole of China’s economic development and promote high-quality economic development,the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone has caused a series of problems affecting the health of the ecosystem since its development.The evaluation of the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of agricultural carbon emission and its efficiency can provide important support for the implementation of carbon smart agriculture in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone,and to achieve the two-carbon goal.Based on the panel data from 2008-2020,this study used SBM efficiency model and Tobit regression model to analyze the carbon emission,efficiency and influence factors,and studied the formation mechanism of spatial and temporal evolution of carbon emission efficiency in Dongting Lake ecological economic zone from 2008-2020.The results show that:first from the perspective of source,the carbon emission of farmland utilization in Dongting Lake ecological economic zone is greater than that of energy consumption.From the dimension of agricultural land utilization,the carbon emission in 2008 was 14.922 million t,accounting for 77.33%of the total emission in 2020 and 13.568 million t,accounting for 74.13%.From the dimension of energy consumption,the carbon emission in 2008 was 28 t.2000,respectively.It is 2,097,000 t.Second,based on the analysis of SBM efficiency model,there were regional differences in the average efficiency of agricultural carbon emission in Dongting Lake ecological economic zone and each section during the study period,and the effective state was not reached during the study period,and the efficiency value showed a fluctuating and upward trend.The results show that the carbon emission of agricultural sector in Dongting Lake ecological economic zone has changed to a good trend,and the main sources of carbon emission are agricultural land utilization,rice cultivation and livestock breeding.The total amount and structure of carbon emission in agricultural departments of various provinces and cities of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone show obvious regional differences.Third,there is a significant spatial scale effect on the influencing factors of agricultural carbon emission efficiency in Dongting Lake ecological economic zone.From the analysis of the influence nature of the same influence factors at different scales,the per capita disposable income of farmers,industrial structure and science and technology income have a positive impact on the regional agricultural carbon emission efficiency."agriculture,rural areas and farmers",improve the farmers’ income level,optimize the industrial layout of the Dongting Lake ecological economic zone,promote the industrial integration development,scientific and reasonable layout,and optimize the internal structure of the agricultural industry and other policy suggestions. |
