Due to the many kinds of raw materials involved in the fine chemical industry and the complex process,once the fine chemical plant fires,explosions,toxic substances leakage and other accidents,often accompanied by a large number of casualties,property losses and occupational hazards,the consequences are very serious.In recent years,with the continuous development of chemical industry,risk assessment and control of chemical plant are also paid more attention..At present,there are many kinds of chemical plant risk assessment models in our country.There are their own assessment methods and standards in the process,reaction,control,equipment,post,individual and society.However,no assessment model is presented that combines the above methods to comprehensively assess the overall risk of the fine chemical plant.Therefore,exploring the chemical industry related comprehensive evaluation system model has important theoretical reference value and practical guiding significance.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the progress and achievements of experts and researchers at home and abroad in risk assessment of chemical industry.Then based on the risk assessment theory,the characteristics and applicability of various assessment methods of each assessment factor are analyzed and studied.Selecting inherent risk analysis,SIL analysis,individual risk analysis,social risk analysis and chemical reaction risk analysis as assessment factors,based on a large number of case data analysis,combined with the chemical enterprise risk level determination principle and ALAPR criteria,the risk level classification principle was formulated,and finally a comprehensive fine chemical plant risk assessment model was established.The evaluation model takes the whole chemical plant as the evaluation unit.Combining qualitative and quantitative,it can get the risk level of the device and intuitively show the level of the risk of the device.The risk assessment model of fine chemical plant was used to analyze the application of 2-(6-methoxy-2-naphthol)propionic acid production plant,sulfonamide plant and sulfonation plant,and the final assessment results were consistent with the actual risk identification results.Through the application of the established fine chemical plant risk assessment model,it can be seen that the original assessment model only assessed the risk of a certain aspect of the production plant respectively,and lacked the overall and comprehensive risk assessment.The impact factors considered by the current model integrate the above factors.Therefore,the model is more comprehensive and quantitative risk analysis,and the conclusion is more comprehensive and reliable,which provides certain theoretical reference and support for the future research on the risk model of chemical enterprises or devices.
