As an important organic raw material,coal is widely used in coal chemical industry including coking,fertilizer,rubber,plastic,etc.Because strict conditions and complex equipment in process of the most coal chemical productive technology,need higher requirement for temperature and pressure,and more involve inflammable,explosive,poisonous and harmful raw materials,so work safety accident easily happens,that cause casualties,property loss and environmental pollution.For comprehensive evaluation of production safety risk level in Coal Chemical Enterprises,based on the principle of safety system engineering,the main dangerous and harmful factors of the “Man,Machine,Environment and Manage” is described systematically that contains the technical and cultural level structure,site layout,production equipment,technological technology and safety production management of Coal Chemical Enterprises,and safety risk evaluation index system is proposed for Coal Chemical Enterprises,and in accordance with the study,base on fuzzy mathematics,safety risk evaluation model is established for the Coal Chemical Enterprises,to provide theoretical basis for the production safety risk analysis and production safety accident prevention of Coal Chemical Enterprises.Based on the above study,the main findings are as follows:1)By comprehensively using the related theory of safety system engineering,accident cause theory and safety evaluation,the safety risk and its main influence factors are systematacially surveyed and analyzed for the productive process of the coal chemical industry.2)From the main factors composed by “Man,Machine,Environment and Manage”,influencing Coal Chemical Enterprises production safety,a safety risk evaluation index system for the Coal Chemical Enterprises is build,including six one-level indexes and thirty-five second-level indexes.3)Base on Delphi Mothed,the weight calculation method of safety risk evaluation indexes for the Coal Chemical Enterprises is put forward,and expert enquiry table is designed,according to scoring by expert,the safety evaluation index weight value was calculated.4)Base on the basal theory of fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation,the fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation method is established for Coal Chemical Enterprises,and transform the weight fuzzy number evaluation matrix into the fuzzy single evaluation matrix,which avoids the complexity and inaccuracy of the comparison between traditional fuzzy numbers,make evaluated conclusion more scientific and impartial.5)By the safety risk evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics in the paper,two typical Coal Chemical Enterprises are selected to carry out the fuzzy mathematical comprehensive safety evaluation,one coking plant in Chongqing(coal coking process technology)and one coal-to-methanol project in Chongqing(coal gasification process technology),and determine the level of safety risk,put forward different proposal and measures for Coal Chemical Enterprises safety risk management.
