Green prevention and control technology is an important measure to develop green agriculture and an important way to promote agricultural modernization. As urbanization continues to accelerate,a large number of rural people are flowing into cities and towns, and part-time farming is common, and the coexistence of agricultural labor transfer, land transfer, and land fragmentation largely affects the adoption of green control technologies by farmers. Therefore, this paper investigates the influence of land characteristics and part-time employment on the adoption of green prevention and control technologies by farmers, and explores the key factors that constrain and promote the adoption of green prevention and control technologies by farmers, which is important for accelerating the promotion and popularization of green prevention and control technologies and promoting the development of green agriculture. The study investigated the adoption of green control technologies by 256 households in Qingzhen,Fenggang, and Shiqian, and used Probit and Logistic regression models to investigate the effects of land structure,part-time employment, and farmers’ adoption of green control technologies. The main findings of this study are: first,in the regression results of land structure on farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technologies, seven variables, namely, whether to join a cooperative, whether to transfer land, arable land area, whether to be adopted by neighbors, the degree of trust in agricultural extension personnel, the degree of knowledge of green prevention and control technologies, and the difficulty of operating green prevention and control technologies, have a significant positive effect on whether to adopt green prevention and control technologies, and the degree of fragmentation of arable land has a significant positive effect on whether to adopt green prevention and control technologies.Secondly,in the regression results of the adoption of green prevention and control technology by farmers, whether or not to join a cooperative, whether or not to work part-time,the degree of trust in agricultural extension personnel, whether or not to adopt green prevention and control technology by neighbors, the degree of knowledge of green prevention and control technology, and the difficulty of operating green prevention and control technology have significant positive effects on whether or not to adopt green prevention and control technology. In the stepwise regression results, whether to join a cooperative, the distance of land from home, whether to transfer to land, whether to work part-time,whether to adopt by neighbors, the degree of trust in agricultural extension personnel, the degree of knowledge of green prevention and control technology, and the difficulty of green prevention and control technology operation have significant positive effects on farmers’ adoption behavior;fourth,in the group regression results, farmers’ part-time behavior has a significant positive effect on the regression of land structure and farmers’ green prevention and control technology.Fourthly,in the group regression results, there is a moderating effect of farmers’ part-time business behavior in the regression model of land structure and green control technology. Finally, according to the research findings, four countermeasures were proposed:accelerating the orderly land transfer, supporting and encouraging non-farm employment of farmers, guiding the standardized development of cooperative organizations, and improving technology promotion and training,in order to contribute to the accelerated promotion of green prevention and control technologies.
