In recent years, with the continued growth of the demand for livestock products,in order to promote animal growth and treatment of animal diseases, the beast antibiotics are widely used as the treatment of drugs and feed additives. At the same time, antibiotics are also used by human medical systems as disease treatment.China is the production and use of antibiotics, but the large number of antibiotics not only brings huge risks to the ecological environment and threatens the safety of agriculture and animal husbandry products and even harm to human health. At present, antibiotics have become a hot problem of domestic and foreign research, but the research is more common in environmental antibiotics, migration conversion regulations, and antibiotic detection and removal method, there is less research on antibiotics management. This study takes 25 antibiotics out of the five common antibiotics as the research object, and uses material flow analysis to systematically analyze the discharge characteristics of antibiotics in the livestock and poultry breeding industry and the human medical system in Liaoning province. The emission path is compared and analyzed, and the system dynamics model is used to predict and analyze the emission of antibiotics from 2018 to 2027.The results show that:In 2017,the consumption of antibiotics in Liaoning province was 3822 tons, and the discharge amount was 1851 tons. The consumption and discharge of antibiotics in livestock and poultry breeding systems are much higher than that in human medical systems. At present, the removal rate of antibiotics in the terminal treatment stage is very low,and there is a lot of room for improvement. From the perspective of current pollutant disposal methods, the load of antibiotics in the soil environment is significantly higher than that in the water environment. From 2000 to 2008,there was a clear upward trend in the amount of antibiotics emissions in Liaoning province. It reached a peak in 2008,then tended to remain unchanged, and then declined significantly in 2017.Through spatial analysis,it can be seen that the top five cities in Liaoning province in terms of antibiotic emissions in 2017 were Dalian,Shenyang,Jinzhou,Tieling, and Anshan, and their emissions were mainly from the livestock and poultry breeding industry. The top two cities with the highest discharge of human medical antibiotics are Shenyang and Dalian, and their urban domestic sewage treatment rate needs to be improved.Through the analysis of the antibiotic emission reduction scenario,it is concluded that the antibiotic emissions of the livestock and poultry industry feed "prohibition" scenario can be reduced by 3.03%;the improvement of waste resource utilization scenarios and the strengthening of waste end treatment scenarios can reduce the antibiotic emissions by 13.88%and 26.57%respectively;in the whole process optimization scenario, antibiotic emissions can be reduced by 48.73%.The human medical system strengthens antibiotic use management scenarios and strengthens waste end treatment scenarios to reduce antibiotic emissions by 19.52%and 33.39%,respectively;the overall process optimization scenario can reduce antibiotic emissions by 46.39%.Using the system dynamics model to analyze the discharge of antibiotics under different conditions from 2018 to 2027,it is concluded that under the best conditions, the discharge of antibiotics in 2027 will be reduced by 46.95%compared with 2017,strengthening end-point management can reduce 31.35%,and strengthening source use control can reduce 24.80%,optimizing the industry and population structure reduced by only 1%.
